This place was great! My wife and i loved the burgers and salad bar!!! Haven't had a Big Boy since ours closed in 1991 in Aurora, Illinois! The staff here was extremely friendly and welcoming! We really enjoyed our meal here! Glad we stopped in. Thanks for welcoming us. Hopefully someday in our travels we can make it back! Sure miss the Big Boys in Illinois!!!

Had the breakfast buffet for my birthday an it was disguesting..the gravy was ice cold..most of the other food was barely warm...the freshly made pancakes were the very best...don't eat here its a big waste of money.....

Sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes with no response so I ventured up to the window to find all the staff wandering around and an excuse about having to deal with the truck...Ok I can handle that. In my frustration I forgot the order I needed to make for the 6 people in the van. I started with"the Super Burger" combo to which the sassy little teenager said "Huh?" So I asked for a menu and she rolled her eyes and slowly walks off to go get one. At that point I was no longer in a position to deal with the situation in a Christian manner and drove off.

A cold and gray spring day riding to Indianapolis called for a good hot bowl of soup. The Big Boy delivered that in fine style. I was shivering from the cold and the waitress didn't pour my coffee because she didn't want it to get cold while I was using the washroom.

Everything was great but how much you pay for the breakfast bar you shouldn't have to ask for things to be made. Alot of people miss out on the french toast an pacakes cause they don't want to bother anyone. Some people don't like everyone to know Everything your eating an how much.

Where on earth do I even start with my wife and I’s experience… The food was GOD AWFUL!! Ordered the open face roast beef and it looked like someone dumped a can of dog food on soggy toast. I sent that back immediately and wasn’t even going to TRY to taste it. My wife ordered a classic big boy and first it looked like a 2 year old put it together as sloppy as it could be. The hamburger meat was dry and tasteless and the lettuce was wilted and brown. We were offered a free salad bar as compensation but after seeing that the lettuce there too was the same way no thank you. Her fries were severely undercooked (you can tell these are frozen). We were compensated our entire meal but you could tell the manager wasn’t very happy about it after getting told “we never get unhappy customers here”. Then to top everything off the place was extremely dirty, especially the fly filled bathrooms. Whoever chooses to eat here, may god bless your soul.

On Valentine's Day evening we went to Frisch's. The previous few times over the past year, we struggled with service issues but, thought we would try again. WOW!! What a wonderful waitress! Bobbie M was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and just so kind. I can't say enough good things! I don't think we've ever had such a great server!! Food was wonderful. Manager was great and extremely pleasant!! Was so happy we decided to try again!!! Thank you guys for being amazing!
