It was obvious when we waited in line for nearly 20 minutes something was wrong. I saw one person running the front end of the restaurant and two staff outside updating the sign. Staff retention must be a problem at this location, especially during lunch time. The young lady at the drive-through window was obviously overwhelmed but she was able to still have a smile on her face. I think I will have to pass on this location for my next lunch order.
Believe me, for a change the employees that I delt with were wonderful. I got in line @ 11:50am so the whole atmosphere was laid back, relaxing as lunch was just starting. As always I was there for one thing, the Mushroom Swiss burger, Xtra Swiss of course. l fell in love with that burger about 35 -40 years ago in California @ sister store Carl's Jr. Haven't ordered anything else since, why mess with perfection.
