Server spent the entire time chilling in the booth in the back talking with the rest of the staff instead of refilling our drinks and taking our order. I won't go here again.

I was waiting for service for about 10 minutes literally right now. A person walked in with their child, and where 'waiting for Krista' or a name similar to that. This waitress of yours, straight ignored me. Although I was patiently waiting. She sat the person and her child, gossiping and having fun with friends time, as opposed to working. I waited about 3 more minutes then left. Oh, and there were only 2 other small groups of customers, who already had their food and drinks. This waitress is no waitress, she is incompetent.

Our family of 6 showed up just after 8:00.There was only a few other tables being served.We were in and out in about an hour.There was only one server and a hostess.A father/son operation.I am willing to bet David was the manager.The meals all came out very quickly!Once we were basically served several other customers came in.After a while another server showed up and helped out David and his son continue their regular operations.I am sure there was some short staffing happening, but everyone was so helpful and quickly making us feel important.We had a wrong meal come out to us, but they fixed the problem(we all make mistakes).After we were about to leave I brought my yeti mug in and David topped it off for us!If we ever come through Richmond, Indiana again, I will definitely be coming here again!Thanks for filling our bellies!Kid-friendliness: Great menu options!

The service here is very slow. We had a group of 4. It took us close to an hour to get our food. As you can see in the pictures, our drink glasses were dirty. Our silverware was disgusting. My pancakes were suppose to be original yet had flecks of what I’m guessing is sprinkles for confetti pancakes. The bacon in my burrito didn’t look like it was cooked. The booth was dirty, syrup and hand prints all over the wall. We watched an elderly group of 4 be moved midway through bc the staff wanted to use their table for another group. Then when we decided we would just pay and leave it took our waiter forever to come over, and then when he did he used the excuse saying it was hard to get over to us from a cross the room. We split the bills 2 ways (for 2 couples) both paid in cash, our waiter did not know how to deal with cash. Once he figured it out, the change he brought was all in ones. Would not recommend!

I'd give zero stars if possible. Don't ever go here in the middle of the night. One waitress. One cook working. Drove all the way across town for a pick up order, got all the way home. 2 missing meals. Couldn't refund cus no manager working!!!!! So had to drive all the way back now sitting for 45 minutes... now I just got home and my second time trying, my meal still isn't right!!!! JOKE.
