We just left this place. The ice machine didn't work, so I went to the counter to get ice,when I got to the counter I slipped on some water or something that was on the floor. I hurt my knee. I ( plus my wife, and the lady that was in line) told the lady at the counter. She acted as though she didn't hear me. I even said that I hurt my knee. She still didn't say anything. There was no wet floor sign down either!!Plus they made our Taco Bell food wrong. I am thinking about getting a lawyer!

I don't know what's going on with this Kentucky Parker on the national west side but the chicken was horrible. More flowery uncooked seasoning on it burnt. I get this for my little boy that's autistic and he loves it. But today it's almost like he wouldn't even eat it. It's the first time I had it like this. Usually it's on the east side that it looks like it's. But the east side has been better than the national west side. So I don't know what's going on. But today I give you poor food remark

If I could give it zero stars I would. I went to get food to feed my family of 5 and brought it home and passed it out. We got the 12 piece classic and all the legs provided had no meat on them, there were no thighs in the box the wings were all bone and breading. It was terrible. And to top it off the biscuits were like hockey pucks. The chicken was really hard and dry like itd been sitting in the warmer for far too long. We live in centerville so we called and complained and the person on the other side of the phone was very rude and told me that the chicken had just come up and he doesn't know about it being dry. He told us we could bring it back and get a refund but that was all they could do. I spent $40 on a meal that none of my family could really eat and driving back into town at 10pm is just not an option. I know the taco bell side is not so bad at all, but there is seldom kind service going there. But I definitely would not recommend the KFC there to my worst enemy. I hope this review finds the right person because I've never had poorer service or food ANYWHERE!

Location of this establishment almost allows me to forget that it is located there. It's just that the side of town this restaurant is located on isn't as lively business establishment wise like it used to be. So therefore I usually don't think of that side of town when it comes to getting something to eat.

Awful. Just awful. Don't waste your money. They always mess up the order by forgetting or not telling what they have substituted for the missing item. Really in all truth, this location should be shut down. I've given several chances but the best days are long behind them. Time to close.
