This is one of my favorite places to eat! I have placed a lot of to go orders because it’s very convenient for me on the go! The food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious! I have never had any issues! They also have the best tea in town! The peach tea is my favorite! I highly recommend this place!

I placed a pickup order on 11/9. The cashier was polite and friendly to the Caucasian lady in front of me, but rude and distant to me. She handed me my food and never said “Thank you” or have a nice day. I asked for a cup of ice, willing to pay for it, and she asked another server who grumbled “Just give her a cup”. I’ve been here a couple of times, and this is the FIRST TIME I experienced this, and also thankful that someone of color was preparing my food!

The foods not bad, BUT the size of my sandwich (the new pork sandwich) was the size of a slider. When I got it, I thought it was a kids' meal, lol. and the price was ridiculous. For what we paid, we could have gone next door to Texas Roadhouse and got a steak dinner. We will not be returning.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Frances was quick to help and prevented what could have been a stressful situation. Not only was she able to help me get my order in, but she got it put together early so I could get to my meeting. Her and the team at McAlister’s do a fantastic job, I highly recommend using them if you’re planning on catering a lunch or big event in the future.

Entirely too expensive!!40.00 for 2 at a sub diner!Advertising is misleading-offer says 1/2 sub and 1/2 baked potato--gave me a whole potato, barely warm, 2 little butters, sour cream I didn't ask for and charged me 1.50 above the combo price!?! Lemonade barely had any flavor, normally great!

The atmosphere is nice and the place is very clean. Servers are friendly and helpful. You place your order at the counter and they bring it to your table. When you pay with a card, you are asked for a tip. Seriously. According to the menu, one side is included with your sandwich selection. The sides we chose have an "up charge" which is NOT disclosed on the menu. Paid over $30.00 for two sandwiches which were OK. $10.00 for each sandwich and an "up charge" for a small cup of fruit and mac-n-cheese. On the up side, the sweet tea was excellent. First and LAST visit to this restaurant.
First time eating here. Was very satisfied with the service and the food and food quality. Looking forward to going back!!!

This was my first trip to McAlister. I had been told that it was a great place to eat. My friend and I walk everywhere because between us we have lost a ridiculous amount of weight. After losing 130 pounds myself, I was going to celebrate with the deluxe nachos. Service was fast and friendly but my nachos where completely inedible. The chips were stale and I couldn't even cut the avocado pieces with a fork, they were like rubber. My friend said something to the wait staff and they asked if I wanted a remake? I assumed the remake would be with the same stale chips and hard avocado, so I declined. My friend ask if they could at least take my nachos off my bill. The waiter said management would need to do that, and he would notify them. I sat there while my friend ate her entire lunch. After she finished I waited some more, no one came. I got up to leave and the waiter came by and I stated that I assumed from the lack of response that no one cared? Then the lady cleaning off the table behind us popped up saying that no one had told her. At this point I just wanted to go home. The manager went behind the counter, we gave her our order number and she couldn't find our order. She tried to get the attention of our waiter, which was difficult because she didn't know his name. After all this, I left without eating, without a refund and without a doubt in my mind that I will never go back there again.After posting this, the owner posted the statement below. I did email them and still am without a response . However, I did receive a refund for my nachos the following day.

My very first time there at a friend's recommendation was not very good. I ordered ultimate nachos, the chips were stale, and the avocado was so hard that I couldn't cut it with a fork. I did not complain, but my friend did. I had only taken a couple of bites. It was inedible. Long story short, they couldn't find our order, and I left without eating or a refund for the nachos. I did receive a refund for the nachos the following day and an email from the owner after posting a Google review of my experience. I was asked to email them, which I did without response. After about four days, I emailed them again. I was told that it was a mistake that I had been emailed back, but for some reason, it never got sent. They asked for my address and was told that two VIP passes would be put in the mail immediately to make it up to me. Needless to say, I have never heard from them, nor did I ever get any mail from them. I'm afraid that McAlister's is off my list of places to eat.
