The service was bad our order was mixed up and we pulled to a waiting area to get the rest of our order the guy was complaining about his job and it was obvious he was not thrilled to be there he acted like we were asking too much to get our order fixed he complained about his co workers and like he was completely put out having to go back in and come back outside he had a terrible attitude and we caught the brunt of his aggression.. our food was good but not hot as it should have been because of the time it took for him to wander around and complain to all the waiting customers he took more time expressing his anger than serving our food

Go there often at night after work, whether I catch the breakfast or lunch menu. Work in food and understand, but when I have ketchup and mustard on the outside of the wrapper for a normal cheeseburger, not so great. They have also practically shoved the food out of the handout window the last few times. Beats waiting at ihop though.

It's ok bit make sure 8f you order threw drive threw, check your bag and food.sometimes the orderes are wrong but they will correct it which is ? good.Vegetarian options: Yes you can choose good sales and non meat food there.Kid-friendliness: Yes it is kid friendly as in food,sitting,icecream happymeals. Just wish they didn't take down all the kiddie play areas .it was great for kids.Parking: Plenty parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is wheelchair accessible.Dietary restrictions: You can't ask for smaller calorie meals,salads,drinks ofcourse there diet softdrinks also tea and coffie,coffee, you can ask for a substitute or get a non sweet drink.

hateful service, food was thrown together and box smashed for me not wanting to pull forward in their line so the timer would stop. I have pulled forward and had to go inside multiple times to get my food due to being forgotten. last time I was told to pull into lane #2 and wait for food I did. Worker comes out hands my food to another person waiting.He handles my food and passes bag back to worker due to it being wrong order then it was finally given to me after being handled by another person waiting. Then today as I told the worker in the drive thru line I was not moving forward I had a worker yell at me while they gave me my food to pull forward next time and order was wrong and had to wait for them to return to window to correct the items before leaving. Never will I again eat at this restaurant in Richmond Indiana.

If I could give it a negative 5 starts I would! Just received rubbery bread and old cold meat! Disgusting! Nobody answers the phones... can't order my breakfast sausage cheese biscuit anymore because the biscuits can be used as a hammer!! BRING BACK THE QUALITY OF YOUR FOOD...MANAGEMENT IS TO BLAME!!! FIX IT!!

Sandwich was wrong had to get replaced...Watered down coffee had to replace twice and they just ignored me after the first time they replaced it....I guess they thought I was imagining it lol....I finally got a good coffee on the third try.....I had to drive back up from my house to get it replaced....I asked for a free apple fritter since there was so much mix up but was told no I must pay for it....what bothered me the most was how the manager barely would look at me and definitely did not apologize or even say anything to me only ignore me.....pushing orders through fast doesn't matter when if they are wrong you don't make it a priority to fix it and provide good customer service

The food was fresh and hot. No items were missing from the order which happens occasionally. I had ordered curbside service but the app had glitch and would not allow completion of my location. So I went in to the restaurant. The employee was friendly, located my prepared order quickly and provided good customer service.

The restaurant is incredibly clean and smells fresh. The food is always prepared and well made. The staff is friendly and understanding. As long as you don't act a fool when there's a problem, the employees will go above and beyond to correct any issues you may have.The last time I had an issue I felt like they rolled out the red carpet for me. Can't say enough good things about this establishment.

I do not know what’s going on with you guys. We have been fighting wrong made orders for a month now and tonight put the icing on the cake. Girl rank up wrong as we ordered our food. BUT I caught it and made her fix the double quarter cheese deluxe with no mustard and no ketchup. And then there was a quarter cheese deluxe no tomato no mustard. Even though she fixed both sandwiches correctly. The stupid order machine went ahead and spit out the wrong order. Because we corrected her but the machine didn’t correct. We went thru drive up FOUR TIMES AND ITWAS STILL WRONG!!! By this time we was out of time tonight and made due. Would have been nice to of been refunded or something. Yes a sorry was there. BUT FOUR TIMES. COME ON NOW.WILL NOT BE BACK. SORRY YOU WAS OUR FAVORITE MCDONALDS. I KNOW PROBABLY TRAINING BUT STILL DONT TAKE FOUR TIMES.03/12/2023 picked up breakfast. The bagel was like a ROCK!!! Workers should have caught this. I am so tired of this place Only reason why we went here is because I was sitting at old Reid entrance placing my McDonald’s order for Chester but the stupid app sent it to East main and I didn’t catch it and they couldn’t fix it according to them.UGH

Oxford McDonald's just one of the best McDonald's I've ever been too. Food is always good and fresh. If you order out I suggest you make sure you check your food before you leave other than that I have no complaints.

It's nice to have a McD's nearby that consistently delivers fast service and really fresh food, even super late at night. Some sketchy folks in the parking lot from time to time, keep your windows up and doors locked.

I ordered a Mcdouble add mac sauce and a large coke. When I got my order, it was a small fry. Of course, I had already driven off. So, I had to turn around and go back. When I told them I got the wrong order, the girl said, \\\"Do you have your receipt or the food?\\\" Well, yes, I have the fries. She then said she would put the order in again, okay, great! She put it in as a mcdouble with extra pickles.... nope!! Still wrong. I finally did the correct sandwich, but it wasn't even warm when i got it. But no one said sorry, thank you, or anything. This isn't the only time I've had bad service at this particular location. Next time, I guess I'll drive out of my way for better service. The guy at the cash window was the only friendly person I encountered that day.

This place is awful waited 20 mins for 2 breakfast sandwich meals and a holiday pie didn't get the holiday pie. Sierra had an awful attitude and seemed like she could care less about being at work. Other staff members were polite and apologized. But that one worker is enough to lose business. If you go make sure to check bags before leaving
