I like their food but their carry out service is awful. I showed up when my food was supposed to be ready and they were to bring it out. 10 minutes later I went in and it had been sitting on a shelf for 20 minutes and I finally just told them I was taking my food. My chicken in the salad was cold, the rolls were cold and this is not the first time this has happened to me.

Really enjoyed lunch here! Steak was cooked to perfection and the server was attentive and friendly. While there I paid for a couple of ladies meals and then we all say and chatted for a good half an hour. By the time they lefty food was cold and my server offered to take it back and reheat it for me.Really enjoyed my visit and hope to come back when I'm back in town!

My whole family (31 of us total) had a second last-minute change of venue and contacted O'Charleys for a last minute reservation. When we got there, they had every table we needed cleaned and set up and the waitress was hands down the best waitress I have ever seen at a food industry (Fine dining or Fast Food) and correctly and smoothly handled all of our orders in as timely as a manner as possible!! We all would definitely recommend her and O'Charleys for a fast and quality dining experience!!!Kid-friendliness: We have lots of little ones in the family and they were made to feel welcome and were even given a coloring page and crayons to keep them entertained until the food arrived!!

It was mid. The food portions are pretty small and not all that good either, the service was pretty good and the waiters were nice but I wouldn't recommend it just because of the food.Edit: I got food poisoning from the chicken, do not go here

I ordered curbside to go and had to go in and get my order 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready to find it just sitting there on the shelf getting cold. I recommend the grilled chicken over the chicken. The grilled chicken was juicy and tasty last time and the chicken strips we're definitely dry and had a bit of a charred smell. Sweet potatoes are great and the Caesar salad was adequate

I went in for the buttermilk shrimp and my wife got the pork chops and ribs. The shrimp was not buttermilk shrimp it was cheap store bought shrimp that I could have made at home. My wife's pork chop didn't even have bbq sauce on it she said it was a tangy catchup. We also had the potato skins and they came out burn and cold how do you manage to do that idk. We both also got the loaded mac n cheese that we both have never had before and what was so loaded about them? Looks like all they did was add some green onions to them and call them loaded. It's going to be a long time before I step foot in this place again if ever. This place needs to get it together.

Got doordash from here, steak was like rubber even though it was ordered med rare. Salmon was dry and rolls looked like they were taken off of someone's plate. Very disappointing
Me and my fiancé went tonight and had the most amazing server. Tammy was great she was so nice and sweet and she made sure our food got fixed if anything was wrong. She was very fast paced and didn’t keep us waiting at all.

Only came because it was across from our hotel. 3 people in my party and none of our food was correct. Salads and appetizer came out with the meal. All booth seating is worn and ripped. Bread was good, that's about it

Had a fantastic experience here today. Ordered a Louisiana sirloin and was one of the best steaks I have had in a while. Even better than the steak was our server Tammy! She welcomed us at the door and took care of us the entire time. I have NEVER had a better experience from a server than what I had today! A shame I can only give her 5 stars!

Food was good, four of us and all of us enjoyed our meals. Service was prompt, personable without being pushy, and efficient. Some of the booths are snug for four adults with coats, but they had no problem moving us to a larger booth. I miss the pecan pie, but with the price of pecans this year, understandable.
