I ordered a large veggie pizza with a thin and crispy crust.The staff were very nice and helpful. Service was fast, although I would not say it was the best pizza I've ever eaten it was good. My biggest complaint is that a veggie pizza actually requires that there are veggies on the pizza. Toppings were very scant. However, if you want a thin and crispy crust, Pizza Hut has got a very good crust.

$17 pizza that nobody can eat because it looks like someone dumped a gallon of frying oil on top of it and when you try to pick it up it just falls apart all over the box. Nearly $20 wasted more than $20 after driving to get it and can’t feed it to my family because it will just tear their stomachs apart. Don’t waste your time or money at this place

Ordered a Big New Yorker pizza from there a few days ago. The crust was so thin I had to use a spatula to scrape it off the box and there was not even really any crust in the middle of the pizza. I called to let the manager, Chris, know and he just said they'll look into it. He acted like he didn't believe me. The pizza was disgusting. I probably won't be ordering from there again, considering the supposed manager acted so non-chalant about it. Big total waste of money!!!
My husband and I ordered two pizzas with them yesterday. It would be the last day my husband's uncle would be with us. The order was perfect! It was such a blessing to us and our family, as it was one less thing to fuss with in such a trying time!! ❤️ Thak You Richmond, IN Pizza Hut, you made a hard day a little easier!

I can talk all day long about this Yum Brand but I won't. I mostly use the mobile app and I have to say the food is hot it's fresh and taste delicious now that they have started using doordash the temperature of the food sometimes isn't the best and the speed of the service I was getting prior to using doordash was on point. But I know if there is ever an issue I know I can call the store and they're always good about taking care of the customer and making things right. About a little over a months ago I was having some product delivered to me and I actually caught the door Dasher lie about him getting lost because he came in a total different way and my product was cold I then called the store and they made it right.
