I have had a horrendous experiences from this Subway. When ordering on the app. They said they never received order. Order was placed at correct location. Woman I was speaking with continued to be rude and lacked professional. Female provided no guidance on how to resolve situation besides “I don’t know what to tell you.” This is the worst Subway I have ever ordered from. I will not continue to tell people about my horrible experience and that they’d have better luck elsewhere. I have contacted corporate about these issues.

Awful service. DO NOT PUT IN ONLINE ORDER AND PICK UP FROM THIS LOCATION! They always forget something. Recently ordered fresh mozzarella and was charged for it but was told they don’t carry it and that someone ‘probably’ put the shredded mozzarella. I believe I was speaking to a manager and she did not seem to care about my experience. Do yourself a favor and go to the subway on east main. They ARE GREAT!

We have struggled with your app for the last 30 minutes, finally gave, went to the store to be told you wouldn't honor the bogo offer because it's only on the app. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you offer a discount on a platform that DOESN'T WORK the least you could do is make it right in the store. Lost our service for good. Penn Station is better anyways.

Absolute horrendous customer service, employees were badmouthing us because THEY made our sandwiches completely wrong and had to remake them. Sandwiches were still wrong afterwards but the secondhand embarrassment I received from the encounter keeps me from returning. Kenya and the other rude girl need hairnets on their manly arms!

Went to get a sub cause I'm pregnant and was feeling awful cause I haven't ate yet today go there order a bmt with provolone mayo on Italian herbs and cheese bread toasted because I can not eat cold meat it's white bread and not toasted. This is twice now. Don't recommend and won't go back!
