Miserable service, I pulled up and said 2 items, and in the middle of ordering, they told me my total and told me to pull around. I asked for no lettuce (it was even on the receipt), and they gave it to me. So I came back around, and they took all my food back through the drive-through and my receipt so I didn't get to keep it for the online survey. I got 3 soft tacos and 2 classic bean burritos. The 3 tacos were messed up, and they requested the 2 burritos back and only gave me 1. They also did not give me any straws for my drinks. The person at the window seemed so confused, and no manager came over to see the situation. It's absolutely terrible. I will not be coming back here again. I'm one and done!

My husband and I love Taco Bell but while the food always tastes good, the service is typically pretty crappy and the food is just sloppily thrown together. You’re lucky if the tomatoes are even on the Mexican pizza or if cheese is melted over more than just half of it. While on a roadtrip home we stopped at this Taco Bell and it was by far the best Taco Bell we’ve had in years! The staff working the drive thru were friendly and polite and you can tell they care about their customers’ experiences just by how the food looked! It actually looked like what you see in the commercials- which is NEVER the case and tastes great! We’ll for sure be back on our next roadtrip to Indy- keep up the great work!
We don't get to eat here very often, but when we do, everyone is very professional & patient. Our food is always nice & hot & we never wait very long !

I hate fast food. But any I ordered online and picked up in the drive through and was made exactly to order and was ready when I got there. The guys working get 5 stars from me for being on it.

This is literally the best Taco Bell I have ever been to, and I’ve been to dozens all over the USA. Always full portions, always clean inside, and always hard working people who are friendly and care a lot about taking pride in their work. I know it’s just a fast food restaurant, but lots of other chains could learn a lot about how to care for their customers. Been coming here since 2020.
