It’s been well over a year since I’ve started stopping at this service plaza and the card reader at this stand is still out of order. Aunt Anne’s pretzels are always all welcome treat but in a world where cash is rarely used this location is a constant disappointment.

Horrific. Busy rest stop. No one in line. Found out why. I got 2 regular pretzels. Started driving and took first bites. Literally could not chew. No doubt not made that day. If I wasn’t driving on interstate, I would have went back and told them what I thought. Never had any food that nasty. Done with Aunty Ann’s.

Lousy. We asked if we could use our Auntie Anne app coupon. The guy said yes and then turns out no. So at that point we have redeemed the coupon and it will expire in 90 minutes so total waste. The manager said its our problem, not his, i should have first taken a bite of the pretzel. We walked away out of principle

CASH ONLY on the 4th of July weekend ! They have a charge card reader. appeared cashier did not know English well at all , maybe unable to run the reader?

Just paid over $8 for mini pretzel dogs and just threw them out for the animals. Must have been sitting there all day. Tough as leather. Never again.
Would be giving 0 stars but won't allow that so came in for a normal pretzel and some mini pretzel dogs asked how long it would be for the mini and was told awhile if they even decided to make them then I said ok well I will take a normal pretzel and went to pay and was told very rudely that they are only accepting cc because they have no cash drawer the whole place is nothing but a bunch of punk kids who don't care because momma and daddy still pay for them I mean come on now if you aren't wanting to work then leave so a person who does want the job can have it this is pathetic I have never had this kinda service from a auntie Anne's and will be contacting corporate

What a disaster. Clearly one worker who knew how to make pretzels and two who were either brand new or exceptionally bad at their jobs. Cashier kept trying to charge me >$25 for two combos that were $8.69 each because he didn't know how to ring anything up. There's only like 6 items on the menu, how hard can it be? Then just waited while he fumbled the next customer for 10 minutes instead of just getting our lemonades and handing us the pretzel bites that were right there. Customer before us was waiting at least 30 minutes for some pretzel dogs.

I think this place should be ashamed of themselves for charging $7 for a pretzel bites that aren't even fresh they sit in a cup under a light and become hard as a rock!
