I've always loved this place. Service is always a little iffy, forgotten items, etc but I still love it. Interior is looking a bit worn but food quality more than makes up for it.
Livio's is the charming neighborhood restaurant we need. My husband and I have always had enjoyable experiences with the very sweet waitresses and we always have a filling and affordable meal. The ambiance is "old school", and I think that's what makes it feel a little special when we go there for date night. Never had a bad dish at Livios til tonight. We each had fried perch, the waitress commented how big it was. I ate one piece and couldn’t eat anymore. Had a funny taste to it. Hope we don’t get sick!
