This Starbucks is the worst. The employees are nice and all, but don't let that fool you. The specialty drinks are like asking to pull teeth! They never know how to make them and when they try it's a disaster!

This establishment is an embarrassment to the name Starbucks. Employees are very lazy and frequently call off, causing the entire store to close down. Don’t be surprised if you go there and they are closed. The don’t seem to prioritize the customers inside the store, but rather the lazy line of people outside on the rare occasion they are open. Start firing those lazy employees.

This Starbucks within target is great compared to the Starbucks in st.john located outside target that's never open. The workers here are always polite and make my orders correctly. They're very quick too considering sometimes there will be only one barista tending to a line of ten people at a time. My only suggestion is that target let them accept tips. They deserve it!
Service in the store is terrible! I just asked for a refund for a grande dragon drink and a grande tea after waiting 23 min inside the store. They cater to drive through orders and neglect the people inside. I will NEVER order inside this Starbucks again nor through the mobile app. Ridiculous!! The cashier said they were busy, but clearly the drive through was busy!! To the manager, I know those girls are clearly doing their best, but you as the leader should have someone working order for the inside only!!! Never again!

went today for my usual mango dragonfruit refresher with green tea. they were out of green tea but the girl that took my order recommended black tea. It was just as good if not better. very similar taste but more caffeine. she was very nice and pleasant. good customer service which was a nice change of pace from local drive thrus
