We fell in love with this place last year, so when we are in the area, we always come back. Ŵell it's starting to go downhill. Everytime we order, we always ask for them to not dip it and to put it on the side. Everytime they have dipped it, and my bread was soggy. That's a no go for me!! I may have to found another Italian beef shop instead. So sad :(

Beef sandwich is so spicy and nothing is on the menu stating is spicy. Ordered my sandwich dry and the bun is so greasy cannot even hold it. One bite and had to eat a few fries to get the spicy, peppery taste out of my mouth. Would not recommend no one eating there. 12 dollars wasted.

They started great but somethìng has changed. They have probably staff problems because they cannot always get a salad right. Although they use a high tech broiler for their hamburgers, I doubt there's a daily manual calibration. The hamburger looked under cooked and it was to the taste. I left it there, because it wasn't worth another encounter with management. She was already upset when my wife wanted her ravioli hot. I can only conclude they don't cook anything there. Machines do it. I am in no rush to go back. Our business relationship is on the rocks.Kid-friendliness: There were kids there but not many.

Buona staff and service was excellent! Always a great dining experience. Buona food is very good. The Restaurant is very Clean. I would highly recommend Buona for Lunch or dinner. I use the drive-thru sometime, same great service and same great good. The roast Beef is my Favorite although I Don't Eat red meat lol, Buona does offer a vegetarian option.

I had a regular size beef sandwich, and it was not as good as it used to be. The beef was dry, and the bread was close to being stale. This location needs to stop cutting corners and take pride in the food that they sale!

We visit Buona at least once a week and we always have such a great experience here! Whether we’re ordering in the drive-thru or dining in, the staff are always polite and friendly. The food is always served hot and it is so good! And surprisingly, we don’t have to wait too long for our order.On many occasions while dining in, the staff members will walk around and check in with us to ensure everything was ok. The customer service here is impeccable and keeps us coming back. We love Buona! ❤️

It's pretty good but the personal pizzas are not that good or large enough size wise. But everything else seems to be pretty good.
