Worst customer service, horrible delivery policies, and overcooked food! Do not waste your time with this place! Would give 0 stars if possible. Horrible management and horrible employees!

We've been ordering delivery from Capri restaurant for over 15 years (from 2 locations) at least once or twice a week with orders each time totaling over $40 to up to over $100 at times. Now all of a sudden they say they no longer deliver to homes past 6 miles. We only live a little over a half mile from the 6 mile limit. When I spoke to the manager and informed him we were loyal customers he did not care at all. Reason he gave was that delivery times were taking longer and people complained about the cold food. How about giving customers an option if they want to wait longer for their food or not?! It's a shame that after all these years of loyalty a restaurant does not take that into consideration. Well, I hope they lose alot of business because they just lost us as customers! Maybe its a good thing as their pizza was not the same quality as it has been in the past and their "broasted" chicken was more like hard fried pigeon pieces. Very small and too well done!

Capri pizza and broasted chicken are so good. I'd definitely recommend it. However, I made the mistake of attempting to order on super bowl Sunday and the delivery time was 2 Hours. Understandable but definitely frustrating. We usually do delivery but have occasionally done carry out service.

I've been going to Capri Pizza ever since I was a kid living on the South Side of Chicago. I was excited when a new restaurant opened near my area, and it tastes just as good as I remember. It's a little more expensive than other Pizza places in my area, but it's still some of the best tasting pizza that I've ever had.

The pizza is always consistent. I grew up in South Chicago, and the flavors are the exact same. Their broasted chicken is just cooked perfectly.

This food is good, but the service and workers are terribly rude, rude when order, if they pick up the phone, rude when you pickup. I ordered a pizza at 6pm, was told one hour for pickup, showed up at 7pm, and they tell me it hasn't been cooked yet, will be another 25 minutes. I asked to talk to a manager, the manager shows up shocked that I even asked to speak with her, doesn't apologize, actually gives me attitude saying they are doing the best they can. Didn't offer any sort of apology or understanding for my frustration. The other manager yelled at me 'what do you want a free pop', which is just insulting. These employees and owners are just incredibly rude.
