It's a Chick-fil-A: It's going to be busy. There's going to be a line in the drive-thru. You just have to accept that. We visited the drive-thru for a medium Coke only, which was kind of stupid, considering it took about 15 minutes from start to finish. It probably would have been smarter to get out of the dang car and order the single beverage at the counter inside the restaurant? Probably. But once you make the decision to enter the drive-thru of a Chick-fil-A, you're committed. The people here are very friendly -- almost too friendly, for this grouchy person. But that's how it is at this chain. We got our order (a soda) and it was correct.

Poor customer service. We had a cookie and a spicy sandwich order through drive thru, when we got our order we got a sandwich and fries, it even said so on the order ticket. The lady at the window just argued with us, saying that's what we ordered, we told her no, we had no fries, we had a cookie. She took the fries back, yes, to throw them, that's better instead of just letting us have them (not that I expected to), they refunded us for the fries and gave us a stale cookie, which we paid for, nothing was free. At no point did she apologize. Horrible attitude-and how can you get a sandwich and cookie order wrong?! I guess you can. Pass this location. Not worth your time.

OK, so here is my sandwich of choice. A spicy chicken muffin, add sausage patty, egg (I would go home and fry one sunny side up), hash browns, pepper jack, 2 packets honey, 1 packet Buffalo. Enjoy!

Always a great experience. Food is always hot and tasty. Employees ask if you need anything, can I get you something, which is nice to see. Employees are dressed appropriately and very pleasant to deal with. We've never had a bad experience here.
Last week I picked up using the mobile app. I drove away with my food and noticed items missing. Go back and park, food is getting cold, fix the first issue. Leave and take a sip of my drink; it's water. Now I go back, the young female the manager could care less. Her words, “I am so sorry.” I can discern she did not care. I ask for a refund because everything is now cold.A few days later I placed an order during breakfast, my order was canceled as I waited to scan behind other cars. I had to wait for four cars to leave before leaving with no food. Today, I ordered food and drove off to eat mac-cheese but there was no fork. I had to go to the store after picking up a mobile order. Guess who was the manager on duty? The same person from the last week. Her response again was “I am sorry.” she has no leadership or management skills.Thank you for the horrible services. You will be helping me to eat healthy while saving money. I will not be coming back. I visited enough to become a “Signature Member.”
