Food is fast, hot and delicious. Staff is quick. Ordered Wonton soup and noodles were perfect, some places they are too thick. Jumbo shrimp egg foo young was delicious and packed with shrimp, egg rolls tasty and crispy.

Tried this establishment for the first time today. I ordered two lunch specials sweet sour chicken, and Mongolian beef... both were gross the rice was very dry and distasteful! The Mongolian beef tasted spoiled! Ridiculous! I called to give feedback and the phone person had a Very RIBALDROUS manager woman call back. She was very curt and rude and told me what she was willing to do and was attempting to force me to come back and try something else or THATS IT! NEVER EVER AGAIN! The wildlife around here won't eat it either! Customer service was just as disgusting as their food! To the trash where it belongs! Yuck!*UPDATE* The manager is a liar and clearly has no integrity! The rice is DRY DRY ? ? and OVERCOOKED! The employee there stated they have been getting complaints and I was NOT THE 1ST! The total I paid was $23 not $15 someone does not know basic math!

Kung Pao chicken, egg rolls and Cantonese noodles! DELISH... very fresh. I've ordered from Golden Phoenix for years...I feel that the quality of the food has been inconsistent, with the exception of the last 4 times I've ordered. I'm not sure what changed, but it's been really good! Keep up the great work

I placed my order at 6:04pm, received a confirmation email. Estimated delivery time was supposed to be 7:19pm-7:34pm. As of 8:09pm, I still have not received my order. 2 hours for chinese food is ridiculous. I called the restaurant to check in on my order at 7:40pm, two people answered my call and were talking over each other. They told me another 15-20 minutes. And it’s already passed that time frame. This is unacceptable. Poor review for poor service. I can’t imagine how the food will be if it’s already been 2 hours since ordering.

I was recommended this place by a coworker in 2017 and have been ordering pick up and delivery from there since. I’ve nearly ordered every food item on the menu and have yet to be disappointed. I’ve only had one mistake from there since then, which was a forgotten item, so a 99% consistency rate in seven years is hardly anything to complain about. My personal favorites are the Moo Shu, Three Happiness, Walnut Shrimp, and Mongolian Beef.

The bald man who answers the phone is extremely rude. First answers the phone like a jerk, when picked up my food, he was on his phone texting and ignored me for a good few minutes. Told me my total and I said I don’t need a receipt. My bank stated I paid more then what my order was so I’m sure he giving himself tips and stealing money. I love the food but please get a better front desk person.

I literally only ordered from here through a delivery app to get the smoothie with boba but i ordered orange chicken as well. The driver drove 30 minutes to me without my drink, i was upset of course but i said at least my food is here but the chicken looked dry and old.

One of my favorite go to restaurants! I get the combination (golden phoenix) lo mein and the beef and chicken are so so tender. The portion is enough for me to get two meals out of so it’s well worth the price point. All of the veggies taste really fresh as well. I also LOVE their spicy soy sauce it adds a nice spice, I’m seriously obsessed with it. I just recently tried the pot stickers and they were very good. They were perfectly crispy on the bottom and soft on top, very juicy as well.
