I had the worse waffles ever here yesterday. They couldn’t even find an ink pen for me to sign my bill. They gave me a crayon to use. However my waitress was nice and did the best she could do. This is a bad establishment.

We came in with a party of 5. The restaurant was completely empty, with the exception of two other tables that had their food already. It took 5 minutes of standing at the counter before someone seated us. After finally getting a seat and sitting for over 15 minutes, we never received drinks or was checking on till after we complained at the front counter. Two employees started arguing in front of us about who was serving! After asking for and speaking to the manager, we finally got drinks and was able to placed our orders. After 40 additional minutes, we never got our food! THERE IS ONLY 1 OTHER TABLE THAT HAS PEOPLE EAT.....IN THE WHOLE RESTAURANT! I went to the kitchen and asked to speak to the manager again to let them know we were leaving and wanted to pay for our drinks. The manager seemed very nonchalant about over $100 walking out of the door. So we left.... NEVER COMING BACK and now fully understand why the place was empty!
Don’t come here if you don’t have more than 1 hour plus to wait for food. Now I understand when places are busy this place was not! It’s absolutely ridiculous my food took over an hour to come out. My waitress only came to our table twice and disappeared. Someone else brought us our food and I had to track someone down to get my bill! Definitely will not be back. No excuse for this terrible service. Corporate or management needs to train on customer service and efficiency.

We arrived and were seated promptly. We sat at the table with nobody coming to take our order. We sat there and watch people come in after us that were waited on as we still sat. We decided to walk out. Told the lady what I happened and promptly left and went next door to another restaurant to eat. This is our second time here and the first was equally terrible. Will not go back. STAY AWAY!

Truly not a good place to eat.Out of lettuce for a cheeseburger at 9 am on a Wednesday. Ordered a classic cheeseburger with bacon and lettuce. When I got my plate all I had was a patty and bun. No cheese, no bacon. Instead of the waitress coming back ,a gentleman returned. He gave me a plate with a slice of cheese and 2 strips of bacon. I asked for it to be heated so the cheese can be melted. He looked as if I started speaking French. So you want me to take it and reheat it?I said you know what I dont want you to do anything. It has now been over 20 minutes and our waitress has yet to return to check on our table. Will never be back nor do I recommend coming here.
