Sandwiches are usually good. But my experience was horrible. Placed an online order around 12:30 said it would be done at 12:50. I get there nobody greets me or asks if I need help. One of the cooks approaches the front and asks if I was the one waiting for a specific order and it wasn’t me it was for a different person. So I told him no I’m picking up an online order to which he just walked away and ignored me. Everyone in line got their orders before me. I ask what’s going on with my order to which they ask me what my order even was. He then looks at all the tickets and grabs 2 sandwiches which were sitting there on the counter and I finally get my order around 1:05. Horrible customer service and clearly terrible training and leadership. I’m not blaming them. I blame management for not properly training their workers.

You can never go wrong with a Jersey Mikes sub. You can, however, chose the wrong location. The food was great, but the customer service was nonexistent and the facility was filthy. Cob webs on the wall, floor disgusting, the garbage can looked as if it had never been wiped down, both the men and women’s bathrooms were deplorable and had no stock in each. The young lady taking our order literally started taking her sweatshirt off while handing us our drink cup.

The employees just stand around and watch each other. Then they can't even get an order right when you repeat it 3x back to them and they say ok and repeat it back to me. They then continue to make ot wrong even as the manager stands there and watches! This is our world now, what a shame!

I placed an online order for a BLT from this location and it was the best BLT I have ever had. There was tons of bacon and tons of lettuce and the perfect amount of tomatoes. They left the mayo off as I requested and even though I arrived a few minutes early, it was already prepared and ready to go. I could not be any happier with the service or the sandwich. Thanks.
This review is solely based on the staff and how the man with the braids and glasses was treating the young kid who was cashiering. It made me so uncomfortable with how he was talking AT HIM and doing it with a bunch of people there. You could tell that the kid was overwhelmed and anxious. I won’t go back, but I have called their corporate office.

I usually enjoy their sandwiches. Today I got a sandwich and they barely put any sauce on the sandwich. I'm choking on the sandwich. As much as the sandwich cost, you would think they would put adequate sauce on it.
