My pizzas was done in less than 10 minutes when I question the cashier he said yes they are even well done pie slice were not even cut right lazy workers after a few slices when I got home heartburn and upset stomachache their papa John raw uncooked pizza never again in my life ill stop their .

I’m not the type of person to complain and i tried to fix the problem before writing this. According to the manager “they put a specific amount of meat on each papadia” I don’t even think if they put any vegetables on there it would cover half of the crust. Very very disappointing.

Placed an order for delivery and was given a 50-minute window to receive it, 55 minutes later I get a text saying order is taking longer than expected. Another 20 minutes passed and got an email that my order was canceled. Never again papa johns never again...

Pizza is always on time and never had any order discrepancies.
Pizza arrived 45 minutes after it came out of the oven. Needless to say it was cold and did not come as ordered. Pick up only advised.

Had a problem with the online app order but Nicholas at the store really helped us out! Had called corporate to fix something with the online app order, and the corporate customer service team there was no help and actually placed the blame on the store which was not the case at all! The corporate customer service even added a complaint to these guys record which is crazy and should not have happened because it was only an app problem. This location actually treated us great especialy Nicholas!

Schererville location. Called for delivery took order thirty mins later was called back told no deliver driver, after hour & a half no pizza ready waited another 30 mins. Was given a burnt pizza. Terribly!Other Pappa John locations are not this way just the Schererville location. Terrible!

Ordered pizza and they told me it would be 35 minutes. It’s now been over an hour and still no pizza. When I call the phone service says it will be done at the time they close! I wish they would have just gave me the true time the pizza will be done in the beginning. I would recommend spending your money somewhere else or going in to pick up your pizza.

Manager extremely rude. Ordered online, waited 40 min or so, I checked online no progress and still 89-99 min. I called them to see if I could just pick it up as I imagine they were busy, but the manager said no and canceled my order because i didn't want to wait an additional 99 minutes.
