I hadn't had Popeye's before and wanted chicken wings. Didn't know what I was getting into, but very happy with the honey lemon-pepper wings that were advertised, with garlic-parm on them. Chicken-Bliss is what they call that. Drive thru was a little hard to understand, but we worked through it. Ended up with 12 wings and barely finished them. Will be through again.

This location used to be so good when the guy with all the tattoos was working there. Now they have new staff, they are nice but the food is never really hot. My last visit I said myself good thing I started eating in the car because it was already cold. Food cost way too much not to be hot.

Total bad customer service. I order a 10 piece family meal with a coupon first they act like it was an issue I was using a coupon. When I got home I realized they didn't give me the sides and the chicken was bad the lady also didn't give me a receipt ! I called them three times that night and they was still open no answer ! I called back the next morning cause I was still pissed someone by the name Bruce apologized and said he would replace my meal. When I got back to the store it was two Indian ladies that told me Bruce didn't say that he said he would replace one side that made no sense but I wasn't there to argue. I took the one side and I will never be back and most definitely would spread the word not to come here !

Service less than accommodating, food was very dry, fries cold. I wish I could have put 0 star for the customer service was very rude! I will drive extra 15 minutes to another Popeyes.
Went for 2 chicken family meals on 2/23/24, the service was under 10 minutes. The employees were friendly and in uniform. The dining room was clean and organized. Our food was hot, fresh and correct. I huge change from yrs past. I'm thinking new ownership. Love them!!!!

Stopped in after shopping one evening. I don't eat at Popeyes much but my girlfriend and I thought it sounded good. Up until then we had only eaten at the Popeyes in Sauk Village. The chicken sandwich was miles above the one I had at Sauk Village. It almost seemed like a different sandwich honestly. I will definitely be visiting again.
I love it when they first open, the chicken be fresh. They need to get the parking lot fixed a lot of pot holes.

Ever since the Indian folks took over, this location is by far my FAVORITE! THEY ARE DOING PHENOMENAL!! Please give them a chance if you haven't been there since old mgmt. I'm back in love with POPEYES!!I used the app it was ready hot and fresh!!
