Just waited over 15 minutes in drive thru for a dipped beef. Nothing else. Had to leave to go to work. Went inside to get a refund. Counted 14 employees. Plus did not get the full refund. Didn’t even get an apology

Arrived to get a cheese burger and beef dog and fries and when I asked for a root beer the cashier named Angel said I’m getting a coke and I can change it when I get down there? ?? I said ok? She was looking straight forward not at me but like a zombie no personality… I simply walked off as I waited for 17min for my cold food and wrong drink I got back to my car and the pop was flat and the food was very cold… I will not be retuning here again wasted 16 dollars on a cold meal.

Can't speak to service or atmosphere since my order was deliveredI've been getting sausage sandwiches and hot dogs from here before,but my granddaughter wanted to have a burger.Thought what the heck let's give them a tryWOW was I ever impressed.Hands down best burger I've had in some time.Just my opinion, but I think it was the best cheeseburger I've had other than grilled at homeWill definitely order again

Nice place staff is super friendly and attentive and clean. I like to visit when I come here for their dog, we did order a half slab and it was given away to another order but they made it right by giving us a whole slab although it took an extra 20 minutes for the order to get while everybody else had already eaten. Still good will definitely return

They ALWAYS forget to include a whole meal or item every time I go there. They never get it right the first time and it's so frustrating driving all the way home to have to go back and get my correct order. I am done with this place. I don't live close so it's truly infuriating.
