USED to be our favorite place to eat. Not after today. My wife, myself and daughter came in around 4:10 pm, not too many people at all. The place was pretty empty. We were the only ones waiting by the hostess station when a younger girl came up asking "what we needed" I said, there are 3 of us she just looked at me, pulled up her tablet and said there is a 40 minute wait. My wife said "there is hardly anyone here" she said, sorry, we are short staffed and there is another person ahead of you. That was that, we walked out. Another larger family walked in as we were leaving and my wife said "good luck" no sooner did they walk in they walked out as well. Such a shame. The staff that used to work there used to be pretty great..... but, the times they are a changing.

We are always greeted with a friendly face and the staff here is amazing. The food is delicious and I love the flavor options! I'm also a huge fan of the meatless options! Highly recommend the zucchini fries and onion rings! Those are family favorites.

Food was good. Just clean a bit better please. You should not be calling us to the table where you then have to tell us to wait to wipe it down. How about not sitting people in the same tables as the last customers right away and rotate them being used to let them air dry after being clean.

Party of 4 with 2 adults and 2 children... $72... The food was really good... just a little shocked at the bill. Probably not going to come back unless its just me and the wife.

I enjoy Red Robin's food and have had it at different locations. I would give my opinion on the preparation of the food and quality of the service but I didn't even get that far. The hostess/hosts need to do better when it comes to estimated wait times. They told my friend and I that the wait to dine-in would be around 20 minutes. We were okay with that and went to wait in our car. We decided to drive around because we were very hungry and decided to wait at another restaurant, be seated, order our food, start to eat our food when we finally got a text from Red Robin that our table was ready....an hour and a half later! Outrageous

Went to this restaurant as soon as it opened at 11AM. Not sure if that is a slow time for them or it is slow period. While we were there, there was only 1 other table occupied besides us in the room we were in. So, of course we did receive good service. I ordered the "cluck and shrimp" (it comes with unlimited fries) which was good. With the unlimited fries, you can swap that out with another type of fries........such as sweet potato fries or garlic fries for a small upcharge and that is a plus for me.

We had the pretzel bite appetizer. My date had the mushroom burger with garlic fries and I had the guacamole bacon burger. Her mushroom burger was loaded with mushrooms and cooked perfectly. My guacamole burger was cooked perfectly also and the guacamole was nice and cold as it should be. The pretzel bites were a little over cooked but good and hot. Service was good and fast. The only thing I did not care for is the seating. They were clumping tables together instead of spreading them out. People are real uncomfortable with this right now and maybe it would be busier if they kept that in mind when seating. They sat us right back to back with a table. If I had sat on the one end I would have been 1 foot from the ladies chair. I chose to sit next to my date instead of across from her because of that. They then sat another table right next to us. There were lots of empty tables that could have been utilized.

I visited this location 22 days ago and tried to check in but the restaurant wasn't listed on Yelp at the time. I'm glad to see it is now. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The host, who wore a mask and gloves, sprayed our table and seats with disinfectant before seating us. The restaurant was spotless and social distancing rules were strictly followed. After ordering a Mai Thai from our server, Tammy, we relaxed and perused the menu. I ordered a burger with mustard and onions and fries. The burger was delicious. The fries were also good. The food quality was outstanding. Tammy provided professional and courteous service and made our experience memorable and positive. The manager visited our table to inquire about our experience, and he too practiced social distancing. Safe practices, Good food, good drinks and excellent service. I will definitely be back!

Even though my Lady and I have ordered from here several times in the past, this review is for Wednesday October 21, 2020.For some reason when I type the establishment title in and location this location never populated only other locations this so I just added it so I can do a review for them. On this night we ordered the following:1 order of the bonzai burger with fries1 order of the chicken bonzai burger with fries1 order of boneless wings with bonzai sauce and pinapple1 order of pretzel bites with cheese dip.With each sandwich we did do a custom order only issue with the order was the chicken bonzai did not come with pickles as I had added with my custom order, but not a big deal as it was not an extra charge. Overall I did love how the chicken sandwich was very flavorful, my lady and I have both in the past had the bonzai burger as she ordered, which happens to be her favorite burger. I sadly did not care too much for the boneless wings as they were overly salty for me, and for my health I have to watch the sodium intake, first time I had wings that someone has a heavy hand on the salt shaker. So I will never order those again due to that issue, I can not risk it. Other than that everything else was great. I gave 4 stars rather than the 5 I would have given, mainly due to the boneless wings being overly salty. Other than that customer sevice from the staff is always great, maneagemtn has always been great with us, when we use to dine in, in the past so no issue at all with any of that.
