The store and its employees are good. I have a huge beef with the a-hole customers going through the drive-thru that block all the traffic for the rest of the businesses.. it is horrible. I, with a cane, can manage to park my vehicle, get out of my vehicle, and pick up my order.While I am sure there are reasons why some people actually cannot physically do the same, that cannot be true for each and every person that goes through the drive-through when it is 7 or 8 cars deep and they are blocking any traffic coming into and out of the strip mall. Worse yet, cars parked in the strip mall parking lot are oftentimes blocked for a stupid period of time because the people in the Drive-Thru continuously block them. Horrible, horrible design for a drive-thru.Many of the employees on the other establishments in the strip mall agree and have horror stories about the backup from the drive-thru.

Have been here a dozen times or so. Only once was there an employee who took our order that I felt I wasn’t irritating them by asking a question or just by being there. Tonight, we got there at 7pm to order 4 drinks for which they only had the ingredients for 1 and the guy couldn’t have cared less. I will do my best to not go back to this location. If the employees don’t care about earning business then I guess they won’t, not that it’ll make a difference, I’m sure. Besides that, everyone that comes here knows the parking lot is horrible.

I went in at 6pm tonight and asked for a dark roast coffee the employee looked and seen that there was no dark roast and said they didn't make it after 6pm, I asked why if your a coffee house that you don't make it, he said that they don't make it, so let me ask this if that's the case you need to put it on your website that certain stores dont make darkroast coffee after a certain time, but being a multimillion establishment you figure someone would in management would have a answer that question, I spend alot of money with Starbucks and for over 3.00 you would think that the customer comes 1st, very disappointed tonight!!!

I often don’t leave reviews, but I feel like it’s a love-hate relationship with this Starbucks. I love the atmosphere, but when it comes to the drinks I can’t leave a good review. Out of the few times I’ve come to the Starbucks. I’ve been heavily disappointed almost every time. I would regularly order the Frappuccino, but there would be so many issues with my order. I ended up changing over to a hot drink, thinking it was near impossible to mess it up. Today, I ordered a a caramel brûlée latte with extra topping and an add of of caramel drizzle and the first time I went up because my drink was under filled and the employee at the front looked irritated then when it came out the second time it was burnt. As previously said, I don’t come often but one would imagine if I rarely come and almost every time the drink is wrong then it has to be an issue with staff. It’s usually one thing is right and another thing is wrong like where’s the quality control. I just went to another Starbucks to remake the drink entirely. Very poor job.

My lady by this franchise and I’m so sorry to use this location but this is where I got my first hot chocolate from Starbucks. You would think that with the hundreds of combinations this company has that they would put some great effort in their hot chocolate but I swear that it tasted like it was made with water and not milk. It also seems like they just went to Walmart and bought a 6 pack of the “Swiss” hot chocolate for $1.00. I’ll stick to Dunkin. Worst hot chocolate I’ve ever tasted. You guys got hundreds of combinations but the hot chocolate needs to be improved. Go to Dunkin’ and see how to mak good hot chocolate.
