Kid-friendliness: This place allows the kids to get their own toppings and ice cream. Is kid friendly table and chairs and wall art. They also have a TV there. It's about the only nice thing they have in here. The people are nice. The customers are awful and rude. Overall I give this place. Maybe a two-star.

1st complaint is that they do not make the parent aware of the craft station being outrageously expensive for a piece of wood the owner probably got out of her back yard, and for some rock your can get out of your yard to decorate, secondly I was in there with my child and she was filling up her cup and the yogurt got on the outside of her cup she. Licked it off, the employee jumped on my 7 year old and said you can’t eat that until you pay for it. Mind you she had no spoon. We continue and then i paid.. I was discussing the situation with another customer and the OWNER HERSELF, came to our table and asked us if there was an issue mind you she backed up and stated she was sick( without a mask) talking about cross contamination with my daughters cup that she didn’t even sit on the counter, the spoons she did not touch, I did it all. While she held her ice cream cup. But this lady can walk to the back and start coughing outrageously for all the customers to hear, she should have had a mask on before approaching our table! You shouldn’t have had a mask in walking into a facility that serves food! terrible customer service for the owner herself. Not even apologizing and even offering anythign for her employees Terrible tone with my 7 year old daughter. The guy looked creepy to work in a childrens setting anyway!

I visited both SweetFrog and Red Mango. Both locations had limited options, but at least Red Mango allowed customers to try out flavors and the customer service is stellar. When I visited SweetFrog today, the manager was complaining about the condition of the counter. When I went to the counter to ask for a tasting cup, the manager was ignoring me until I asked if there were tasting cups. Let's do better people.

Love this place, me and my kids stopped by here on our road trip. Workers are very friendly, the one working was Jude I’m pretty sure (Awesome young man!) Yougurt was solid. Definitely recommend!!

Super clean, my kids love it here. Great variety of toppings, a little something for everyone. I always choose the boba! This location also has a few dairy free options which is great. Very rude lady at the counter. I just had a procedure thst affected my eyes and accidentally gave her the wrong coupon coupon twice. We had the correct one but she was soo snarky and not kind that My husband just wanted to have leave.My smoothie was disgusting. Not frozen at all. Just thick syrup. No pomegranate or raspberry to be seen. This was like something you would pour on a pancake. Never going again and definitely not recommending. As a small business owner myself, I can say with confidence Shame on you Sweet Frog.

Very clean and organized. The yogurt and atmosphere were great! The Muppet show was on, a nostalgic treat! You should definitely try it!

Arrived at 830pm tonight and the girls inside said they were closed. Van pulled up next to us with a full family in there and we're told the same. Will go elsewhere for frozen yogurt where they take their business more seriously.
Simply divine without all of the added calories from regular ice cream.

me, my girlfriend, and my 2 friends came here on the weekend to have a mid day snack. everything was fine until today (monday). my girlfriend woke up throwing up and nauseous. my friends stayed home from school with horrible stomach aches and not feeling well. i am feeling horrible with stomach ache etc.. they serve old and/or expired yogurt. i don’t suggest coming here unless you want food poisoning be weary.
