This place is so nice. The servers are excellent. The Strawberry Hennessey is the best drink I have had in a long time. I don't know why more people don't go to TGI Friday in Schererville.
They told us that it would be 1/2 hours to 45 minutes before we can get a table. We left and ate somewhere

Went there to have dinner with my family of 7. There were about 16 people already eating lots of empty tables, but we were told it would be an hour wait. us and the couple ahead of us walked out of would've been better if we were giving a table and ate Appetizers. Till then, but the opposite wasn't giving some we left. This is unprofessional and will not be returning to a need better host or more help. I've been in the hospitality industry for years, so I know how it works.

Called in a order, went to pick it up and was told the order wasn't made because they ran out of food. Took my money and didn't give me any part of the order and no compensation nor refund. We ordered a grilled chicken that came with mashed potatoes and broccoli and we a slab of ribs but once we got home we were missing the slab of ribs. Everytime we called they put us on hold and end up dropping the call 3 times . Don’t recommend the place to anyone at all.

Went there and no hostess in the front to seat the people and people were actually leaving back out.We got seated with no water or silverware.It took them forever to take our order and the food was horrible when we finally got it. I will never set foot back in this establishment.Short staffed and they need to hire some more people.One person shouldn’t be serving one side of a restaurant.We even got our food and the waitress didn’t give us napkins or nothing.We’re done with this place.Never again

Great food but understaffed!! Kesha was a great waitress! I just felt bad that she had to wait ALL the tables, seat them, & play bartender with little help. But she did her very best & was nice!

Came here for a quick family dinner that became almost 2 hours long. should have turned around as soon as we walked in. The restaurant was basically empty but all the employees seemed complete out of it. we stood around for someone to seat us, then once we were seated it was 20minutes until someone came to take our order and then another 20 minutes for us to even get our drinks. The waitress was very nice but everything ran really slow. it took almost an hour for our food to come. In all the atmosphere of the place felt like I was in a fever dream with one woman walking around in circles the whole time. very off-putting. Food and drinks all had a weird after taste like a combination of plastic and bong water. left feeling very uneasy about the whole experience.

Food is pretty much pub food or fried food with the exception of ribs high dollar steaks, and chicken. Burgers are sub par and not cooked to as ordered.Wait staff good, friendly, knowledgeable about menu.Bar doesn't open till 6pm, mostly older people like 55+ when I went at 6pm on a Wednesday. 55+ was 3 to 1 ratio in dinning area.Over all great staff Ashley was my waitress. Great service by her. Bar food and senior citizens discount atmosphere for sure.

Went in on Super Bowl Sunday. Place was quiet server was nice but my entire family got sick after eating the food! EVERYONE was throwing up diarrhea and all literally hours later. I’ve been calling the store repeatedly but of course no one is answering. I don’t know what they had going on but we won’t be back this is day two now and we are still sick.
