Today’s visit was punctuated with a great exchange during checkout with a young man by the name of William. His suggestive selling skills were on full display as it felt like a friend trying to nudge a decision. Thanks again Cracker Barrel!

Wonderful service! The vegetable serving were rather small. The chicken was delicious. The cobbler was subpar, like a thickened can of peaches with some crust added on top.Parking: Plenty of parking available.

Our server forgot to put our order in. Forty minutes later the mgr came and apologized. He did offer us dessert, but food was not cooked thoroughly when it finally was delivered to our table. Sent it back and came back still raw. It was not that busy. There was no wait.Parking: Easy to park

The smoky southern chicken wasn't done and my sister didn't care for it she said it was pressed chicken, and one was not done.Parking: At the restaurant more spaces then you would think lots of space even for longer vehicles

Stood at the hostess station for awhile waiting. A customer came up and jokingly ask if they could seat. When the hostess came she was very nice and took my order. The cashier that checked me out ( I think her name was Lind, not sure) was not friendly at all.Parking: Plenty of packing

We’ve liked to visit Cracker Barrel’s while traveling with family. This one was right next to our hotel and went for dinner. Atmosphere was nice as usual. Wait staff was all standing around at entrance to the kitchen, talking to one another and looking at their phones. It was ridiculous. Since when do people do this at work? Shouldn’t you at least try to make yourself look busy? They made no effort to hide their lack of enthusiasm. I was served my salad and had to walk to kitchen to ask for utensils because they weren’t brought to us. Turned out they had no silverware and must’ve been behind on washing because a few moments later a waitress brought out a basket and started walking around to other waiting tables. Food was mediocre, in general. After another bad experience in the Dells location in March and now this, we decided we don’t need to hurry back.
