If it wasn’t enough that the girl behind the counter looked and acted like she was one bad customer away from hanging herself in the bathroom, I asked for the pizzas, a pan pepperoni and a thin cheese, to be well done. The pan pizza had about 2” of crust, so the cheese and toppings definitely did NOT go to the edge, but the dough wasn’t even done on the inside and there was barely any color on the outside. I’m not sure if they didn’t know what well done meant or if they just didn’t bother doing it. The thin crust was the same and had zero flavor. It was like eating cardboard. I used to get dominos all the time as a kid when we lived in Detroit and it was good. I am not sure what’s going on here, but maybe the Sellersburg dominos should just stick to sides…. The cinnamon twists and the garlic bread bites were the only thing edible that we ordered. I hate to leave reviews like this but something needs to change or else this will be another empty block in a strip mall around here.

Huge Improvement!!!We have ordered from the Sellersburg Dominos multiple times and were highly disappointed with the service and even more disappointed with our food….but, we recently ordered, since they acquired new management, and IT WAS AMAZING!!! Everything was cooked perfectly! And we received our order in decent time. I would highly recommend the Sellersburg location.

I re typed this experience 3times...but I'll just say this..I placed an order a Simple order that got really messed up but the worst part about it ,it was my Daughters Birthday.After 3 phone calls and then when the food finally got there late.....the Delivery Driver than informs my x wife...that the food is not payed for, WHICH IT WAS OF COURSE..in Front of my Daughter...It couldn't Get Any Worse..I THOUGHT. Again I called the store and spoke to GARRET???Who told me HE WAS A MANAGER and then informed me Everything is good??? Its the DRIVERS Misstake...I then said to him ,Arent you the manager??? He said One of them?? Well I said ..its your store then and I cant believe how and in all honesty said _ uped this is.. and then told him it's my Daughters bday but he again just said it's the drivers fault..not the stores.. and at that point we both said ok and hung up..I couldn't believe what just happened until the phone rang 2 minutes later and it was Garret again but not Apologize but to TELL ME ..THE CUSTOMER WHOS DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY PARTY, was half ruined already and who's x wife was texting me and screaming at me..that HE DIDN'T LIKE HOW I SPOKE TO HIM....I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT HE ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK TO SAY THIS TO ME AND HE HAS TO BE A YOUNG KID THAT HAS NO BUSINESS BEING IN MANAGEMENT...I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT AND TOLD HIM THAT...And he hung up on me...Again I was speechless and honestly Never had this experience before at Domino's... But... and this is why I took the time to write this review..Matthew Brown? called me from the store and said he also is a manager and heard what happened and wanted to a Apologize on behalf of DOMINO'S... You See This is THE RIGHT PERSON IN THE RIGHT PLACE .. In these times it's very hard to get Good Employees who realize they have a Job...because of there Customers...Matt OBVIOUSLY IS THAT EMPLOYEE.....And that's why I still gave 3 Stars...because of him.. Our $23.00, 12" pizza we ordered last evening was horrible. It had hardly any toppings on it, and had no taste at all. We ordered 3 kinds of cheese, and we were like, where's the cheese?? (there was little to no cheese on it) Sooo diasppointing when spending that much on a pizza.The new pepperoni stuffed bread were really good, we did like it.However, we paid $23 for something that was anything but good. What a rip-off!
I ordered pizzas from this Dominoes for a work event at Ivy Tech. The pizzas were there on time and tasted great. However, that’s not what prompted me to write this review. I ended up needing a copy of the receipt that showed the delivery person’s tip that I included for my expense report at work. I contacted Domino’s almost a week after the fact to request this receipt, and it was a bit of a complicated process for them to be able to find a way to pull up and provide the receipt that showed the tip. But they stuck with it, and they did it! They were great to work with!

Stayed at the Ramada Hotel nearby and this Domino's was on point! Super fast service and the quickest delivery we've ever had from a Domino's right to our room! Would recommend ordering from this Domino's if you're in this area!

This used to be our go-to, inexpensive pizza. The quality of the store had decreased. Most recently, we ordered delivery at 5. Pizza was out of the oven by 5:21, but we didn't receive the pizza until an hour & 2 calls later. They advised they'd remake the order, but did not. They sent cold pizza. There was not even a manger in the store (10.13.23) to complain to about the terrible service. Order elsewhere

Great value, great pizza when cook/prepared correctly. Unfortunately, the quality control is lacking. The majority of the time we get great pizza, but every now and then we get a pizza with no seasoning and undercooked or missing toppings. I recommend extra sauce on all their pizza as regular sauce ends up tasting more like cheese bread than pizza.

Terrible pizza!! Ordered 2 medium 3 topping pizzas, they were just dough and a few toppings. Very little pizza sauce and the green pepper was nothing but a hard stem!! It was a horrible experience! Even the wings were lightly drizzled with sauce! Will never use this place again!
