I don't know why people still order pizza from Papa Johns. I guess b/c they deliver. Their pizzas suck. There are too many bare areas with no cheese. Is cheese THAT expensive? Even getting extra cheese is barely enough cheese. Save your money, get frozen pizzas and sprinkle a little extra mozzerella on them. You'll save alot of money.

The pizza I ordered was incorrect. The manager "credited" my account and when I went to order with the credit on my account the other manager said it was already claimed. Awful customer service and the manager didn't even look into the situation. Not wasting anymore money here for disgusting pizza and staff. Will order from the local pizza restaurant now and get better service AND pizza.

Papa John's has good pizza and almost always hot and fresh! Employees at this location are almost always friendly. They are slow moving from time to time

Online ordering is not simple. After ordering, then it asks you to join rewards. I don't want to. No option. Finally, I call my order in and get a person in a call center. I'm hard of hearing, so the accent makes it harder to understand. Get my order through, then, wife gets the order, but no 2 liter is with it. Says 2 liter of orange crush on my box, why not on delivery guys? Call back, it's now been 27 minutes with no drink. Big fail on Papa John. But, they already got my tip. Tipped for bad service. Never again..
