The food was okay, the staff is being led to push you into buying their alcoholic beverages. The person training our waitress made sure to let them know they had to suggest the beer and wine options.

Horrible service. Nobody wanted to wait on us. Waitress yelling at another, that aint my table, really, so everyone in the dining area can here you complain that you are lazy. 8:15 pm, I ordered fried chicken, nope, can't have that cause the kitchen is getting ready to close at 9pm. A restaurant should be serving whatever is on the menu up until closing. Ordered Meatloaf, Waitress asked if I needed anything, Catsup, please. Well, I never got Catsup. Then , I waited and waited for bill, never got it. Went to register to have them get it. When asked about tip, person at the register said she didn't deserve one and I agreed and left nothing. I will not return to this Cracker Barrel

I placed an order through Door Dash since no one would answer the phone. My daughter and I drove across town to pick up the order and waited for an additional 20 minutes because the be order never made it to “ready.” She went in to check on it and came back out saying they were out of my order and just didn’t know what to do. How about calling Cracker Barrel, seriously. I exchanged a dinner order of chicken and dumplings for a side of mashed potatoes, which were horrible, and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the food. I asked for the manager, Owen, I believe was his name. He had a myriad of excuses and said he could correct my bill later. I am still waiting to see if the bill is corrected or if I am out the extra money. I would love to speak to corporate about this. It should be noted, the restaurant was not busy. There were maybe 3 tables with people. I will not be back until major changes are made.

Loved our breakfast! I had two eggs over medium with hash brown casserole with two biscuits and gravy, didn’t like the gravy though and my partner had the Biscuit Benny, impossible sausage with over easy eggs, a side of grits and fried apples and pancakes, yum!

Our waitress was very sweet to us and helped me decide on the best side items. Also, upon checking out with the man in the gift shop, we were glad that he was also very friendly and helpful as he answered questions about our solor eclipse glasses that we purchased. We will be back to Cracker Barrel. My only wish is that there were more healthier options of food choices with less fried food.

I wish our experience was different. My eggs were not over easy. It took a long time for our food to come to the table. It was not hot. The eggs were over cooked ? I had to try and get someone's attention. My husband eggs were over cooked too but he was not happy. He didn't want to wait any longer. It was not a good experience.

A friend and I had breakfast. We placed our orders and when the food came out my friend's order was incorrect. The server stated that what she order was not how the breakfast came, and her preference would now cost her more money. He did not apologize for the misunderstanding, he really chastised her for her request.
