Extremely disappointed. I heard about the deals being offered through the app, so I downloaded and signed up, and made my first purchase through the app. Went to pick up my coffee, and the employees were snapping at me and being rude and condescending, and then it took over 15 minutes just for them to hand me my coffees, which turned out to already be sitting there waiting. So why the confusion?? And the rudeness?? The coffee tastes great, and the deals definitely tempted me, but thanks to your rude and incompetent employees, I won't be coming back. Hire different people, and I'll gladly be a customer here.

Ordered a grill cheese sandwich and what I got was nothing more than melted bread between 2 pieces of warm bread almost like it has been microwaved. There is no way it had been grilled. Do yourself a favor and stay clear..

My husband loves Dunkin, I do not. But this morning I decided to try something new. The lady taking my order was hateful, explained what a latte was 3 times in a row without letting me speak or I asking for her explanation. All I wanted was granulated sugar added to an Iced Caramel Latte. Then, I ordered a large cold brew w/ blueberry and coconut milk. She said they no longer have coconut milk so I said Almond Milk is fine. I get to the window, hand her my card, she starts doing other stuff and 4 mins later hands me my card and receipt. Then goes to hand me a black iced coffee. I asked about the almond milk, she responds with “I thought you said you didn’t want any milk”. If she would have been focused on taking my order rather than talking to me like a child, and ranting about how lattes are made, she’d have known what I ordered. Took the lid off with her bare hands, after handling everyone’s money, dumped the top of my coffee out, threw in some milk (not sure it was even almond), came back and continued b!tching because she didn’t hear me, making me feel like she was calling me a liar. I was so shook up and flustered I hit the curb pulling out! Whoever is working the window today, 3/1/24, needs to learn some customer service. Nothing but hatefulness coming out of her.

The lady at the window called the woman in front of me “mentally retarded” and said to not come back. She didn’t even do anything to deserve that. I get people have bad days, but you don’t say those things.

Went there and they tried to charge me double because I didn't want ice in my drink didn't say anything when I ordered and had regular charge then when I got to the window the lady said they were charging fro two since I didn't get ice in it

I've been to Duncan many times and many places around the United States. This particular location in Seymour, Indiana, has been very impressive in the time that I've been there. I cannot say the same about some other locations, especially the location in Jeffersonville on 62 as their food has not been all fresh.
