I just waited 50 minutes for a mediocre pepperoni pizza. 25 minutes in line (should’ve been my first clue to leave). Finally got to the window and paid and was then told to pull up and park because it was going to be another 8-10 minutes. It then took an additional 25 minutes and the guy that brought the pizza to my car didn’t say one word. No “sorry for the wait”, “have a good night”, “thanks”.

The food is really great when made correctly, freshly, & promptly. Their crazy marinara sauce is the absolute best & you get a descent amount for a nice price; even if I'm ordering pizza from another restaurant I will always come here to pick up my sauces.This location is at least better than the one nearby in Columbus but Little Caesars as a company needs to step up their game with service...it's horrible how long they make people wait on food anymore, even when you order a pizza that's supposed to be "Hot-N-Ready" it ain't ready & when you do finally get it, it ain't hot. I've literally spent close to an hour on multiple occasions trying to get a quick & cheap meal. I understand this is a staffing issue & it's hard to find enough good employee's these days, especially to work for low wages at a restaurant, but the simple solution is to not be such a greedy corporation...hire smart, clean, hardworking people & pay them higher wages to retain them & keep your prices as low as possible to continue making a profit of course all while providing the consumer an excellent value & you'll be the most popular & profitable business in your industry.

We went through the drive thru and ordered thick crust. It’s usually alright. Tonight it was phenomenal! Like I don’t know what was different but it was delicious and all the staff is always polite and kind. Good job!
