I was in the yesterday at 3/22/24 at 5:15 pm placed a 50.00 order that took almost 30 mins to get. ordered 3 sandwiches, a cup of soup and 2 salads. the sandwiches were very sloppy made, they forgot the soup, had to go back in to get it. one of the salads was a caesar salad and it had a couple of strands of hair in it, after some of it had been eaten. this is disgusting!! no one there was wearing any kind of hair net. we go here at least 2 times a month but after yesterday i do not think i will be back. you had a couple of employees just standing around doing nothing on the front line and 2 employees in the kitchen doing nothing and you could tell they did not know what to do. this is really sad that McAlisters has gotten this sloppy in their work. don't count on me going back there. i don't normally do reviews but this needs to be looked into to. we do not like hair in our food.

Had asked my husband to put an order in for dinner tonight so I could go pick it up after picking up our sick baby from the sitter. Only to find out when I got there he put it in for 445 when I told him to put it in for 345 (oops). I didn't catch her name but she ramified the situation and got our dinner out in good timing. (I was just getting out of the car with my baby because she was starting to get super fussy). Big shout out to her and her cooks tonight for doing that you saved this momma so much stress!

When visiting today to pick up my mobile order, I couldn't help but notice the possible manager on duty was very rude to customers and her employees. It did not sit right with me. Sure she could have been having a bad day but no one deserves a rude tone or unfair treatment when they are simply trying to do their job. The cashier seemed newer but very sweet.

I basically just spent 13-14 dollars on a giant potato. It had the smallest amount of pull pork and cheese in the top, it was laughable. It was delicious, but I would not recommend getting the pull pork spud unless your okay with 5 bites of pull pork and about 25 bites of plain potato. So sick of going out to eat

We got this cute little Christmas ornament and we spent I think it was like $25 and it was like perfect for a little photo shoot for our fur babies These photos were taken at home . Not in the restaurant.
