When we got our pizza home it was poorly made with few ingredients and no sauce. It was over cooked and just frankly not good. We ordered cheese with our bread sticks and discovered mold inside. Called to let establishment know and they basically called us liars and did nothing to rectify our substandard food Did not offer an apology or take any ownership of anything wrong.We will not return.

Super friendly staff that went above and beyond to quickly resolve a minor honest mistake.
Got it delivered, food is especially good there. My granny retired from the 1 in North Vernon, so it brought back many good memories. The delivery man was super nice. And for a busy Friday I didnt wait long for my order. Keep up the good work!

Went to catchup with a longtime friend & have a few brews New Years Day. We arrived 45 mins before closing & the owner gave us ample samples of draft beer.I was looking for some N.A. beers for a friend & the owner had all kinds in the back. He brought us some free pizza palace logo cups & coozies along with a 6er of N.A. beers to try out. We were all visiting from out of town & he was so kind to keep the place open until 10:45 for us as we hadn’t seen our friend in YEARS! That’s 45 mins after they closed on New Year’s Day - place was empty besides us. Mahalo for your generous actions that night ??I will always support this local spot when I’m in town. I grew up eating here when there was the arcade room & they have changed it up for the best! ??

Nothing against the owners or the place but the food is just not very good. I am a bigger guy and when I do buffets multiple plates are a given. Last time I went I got 1 plate and wasn't interested in more.
