Ok so Seymour’s Rally’s USE to b the best. Idk why or what happened but I am sorely ,SORELY DISAPPOINTED in the taste, the representation, and just all around bad sandwich. And the most awesomest fries in the world were soggy and cold and just too my salt. No photo because I don’t want to ruin it for those who still stand by Rally’s.

No one was in Drive thru at all, we pull up to the speaker and order. The automated took the order and kept trying to upsell, my husband gets angry and starts yelling. The worker lady finally comes over the speaker saying Sir...Sir...Sir!! So while they were not waiting on anyone why couldn't they just answer us?? This was Sun. 5 2023 at about 2:30pm

Was a little confused today. Wanted to order a Buford combo and add an additional Buford for $1 drink was told I couldn't do that. Had to order the sandwich fries and separately and the additional sandwich for $1. Total was almost the same price as the 2 Buford combos for $13.
