It was my first time visiting Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders and I was impressed. The dining room was clean. The service was wonderful and the food was even better.I will definitely be returning. Great place to go alone or with your family.

This place is a joke. The staff needs to be taught customer service and phone etiquette to start. When getting off the phone, I thanked the young person who took my order and was replied to with “yep” followed by a prompt disconnection. Pizza was made wrong. I was asked to bring said pizza back to them so they could make a new one… or I could have 20% off?!?!? I spent $50 on ONE large pizza and ONE grinder. Will not be returning. Do not waste your money. Really sucks when you want to try to support a locally owned (franchise, I believe) establishment and you can’t even do that. Guess it’s Pizza King from now on.

Delicious grinders! The chicken, bacon, ranch is the best! Even the half is plenty filling. Add delicious breadsticks with spicy nacho cheese as your appetizer and you have the perfect lunch spot for catching up with a friend.

I always order take when we do go. Last time I ordered they gave me half my food and said I didn’t pay for it so wouldn’t give me the rest of my food which I did pay in full for over 50 dollars and only received 2 wraps. This previous time I ordered they didn’t put in the order correctly. I was very specific with the help because they NEVER get the food right. I get home almost 30 minutes away they gave us the wrong wraps wrong toppings wraps were nasty so I called the manager she said we could come back 30 minutes away after we waited 45 minutes on our food and she would remake it or put us “on the board” for 20% off on the next order. This place needs better management and better customer service. For the prices to be as high as they are they need to get it together. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!
