The service was horrible. After taking orders the wait on food let alone salads was ridiculous. There were eight salads that were the same all ordered at the same time. Two of the eight salads came out and the rest did not come out after an hour and a half. They got multiple orders wrong and labeled wings wrong. It took thirty minutes to get refills on drinks. Service 0-10 would not recommend. The manager along with the waiters have no care for the customers or the service of which they are responsible for and being paid to provide

Went for dinner on a Saturday at about 5:15 pm with a party of 2 people. The place was about 1/3, MAYBE 1/2 full, with very few employees. It looked like they had maybe 4-5 people working in the entire place. We stood at the hostess stand for 10 minutes, ignored by at least 3 employees who kept walking by, until someone finally told us that they wouldn't be taking any more orders right now and it would be at least a 45 minute wait. HUH?We drove to the location in Columbus instead and had no problems at all. This seems to be a problem with management. Guys, if you can't staff enough people to run a restaurant at half-capacity during dinner time on a Saturday, maybe it's time to start thinking about closing the place. What a joke.

This is the most dysfunctionally restaurant. I have ever experienced. Every time is something. This time was delivery. They gave us the wrong wings, we get Asian Zing, what they gave us had to be Atomic or above. Taking 1 bite turned my mouth number. Called to have it replace. Left on hold for 20 minutes. So I drove up there to have them replace. The manager had the gall to give us the exact same wrong wings back… This store is now 1 and 5 on getting my order right. go to Wings Etc. Save yourself the trouble I know I’ll never eat here again

Ordered food from them through door dash. I paid for 10 piece traditional medium wings and got 10 bbq wings. We also ordered nachos with no spicy peppers or salsa. It was missing the rest of the toppings like queso and sour cream.

Brittany Hazelbaker is absolutely the worst possible waitress and bartender. She does nothing but throw herself at every man who walks through the door, married or unmarried. So disrespectful. And I also witnessed a manager, whose name is Nikki, being rude to all of her coworkers. And not only is she rude, she sits and drinks on the job and talks bad about them to customers. What type of establishment are you guys running here? I go somewhere to sit down and eat with my friends and have a good time. Not to hear drama and bullcrap and other people's issues. You guys need to hire some better management and servers. I will never eat at that place again as long as Brittany Hazelbaker or Hyden or whatever her name is this week, is working there. I like to eat in restaurants where people have class and do their job. Also, whatever happened to your server, Danielle, who works there? She was very respectful and a great worker and did her job. You guys need to hire more people like her.
