Staff was very attentive. You got your choice of salsa or cheese dip with warm chips as you waited. We had the salsa, it was nothing special, tasted a bit mixed with just tomato sauce. Service was fast. The table we had was broke, when you put wait on it, it dropped on one end about 6 inches. . we showed the waitress, she just smiled. . there were many other tables we could have been moved to. We stayed there, ate our meal, and was careful not to lean on the table. . because we did once and our silverware fell off on the floor.. My food was good, I had a burrito; my husband really liked his chicken fajita. We probably won't be back, it was just not and over the top experience.

If you are looking for above average Mexican food, this is it. The traditional Carne Asada tacos are 7/10 and could be better with more seasoning. They were overflowing with beef, onions, and cilantro. Per my wife, the ground beef burrito dinner was 8/10. She doesn't do hot, it wasnt, so it will need Pico or hot sauce if you want any heat. There was nothing wrong with it, but it is not outstanding. We would order either of them again.The Pico was okay but came in a small plastic condiment cup. I'm a Pico aficionado, so this was the only disappointment. Watch out for the hot sauce they have in another little plastic cup on the taco plate, it is probably habinero or hatch pepper sauce because it was 10/10 on my hot scale and chili Serrano pepper level hot is a 7/10 on my scale. Very prompt service, clean, nice atmosphere. My wife said all of these similar Mexican food restaurants must order their furnishings from the same place. Nicely carved wood tables and dividers, traditional colors, and decorations make for a nice dinner out.

I'd give them 0 if I could!! I didn't even get to eat there as their customer service was more than rude. I was going to order through Door Dash and there was a pricing problem on the menu. I called to ask about this price and he said something that i couldn't understand and then said, did you understand me? I said no, and he hung up on me!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not my problem you have to repeat yourself. If you are going to answer the phone, then you are going to have to repeat yourself all the time!!! My right as a customer is for you to repeat yourself 100 time if I can't understand you!!!!!!!!! Will never order from there. I'll order down the road from Cholula's where the customer service is impeccable and they love their customers!!!!

We came to eat here only because chaloulas was closed the day . I was very unpleased with them I have a task trained service dog for mobility and first thing when I walked into the door I was immediately asked for an id card which is illegal to ask for I was not asked the 2 legal questions instead . The server then proceeded to sit us way back in the back of the restaurant where we were forgotten about for 10+ minutes before we even got a drink order taken . he only remembered us because he walked past and was like oh yea there’s people there . Was absolutely ridiculous we won’t be back that’s for sure . Chaloulas has absolutely never treated us this way .
