I stood and watched them, no gloves, touching other things than going back to touching the food. Hardly spoke any english, so ordering was hard. The lady told me no crazy bread, but they gave it to another customer. Food was overcooked to the point it was hard.

Within the last year they got new owners again and all new employees, and still all the same issues have been going on. Like not enough employees and employees not wanting to work and not enough dough. But tonight when we went in. It was all new people again and they wouldn’t let you order inside, online only, and it took a whole hour for us to get our pizza. I’m good with waiting. I know they can get busy and I’ve always just waited. Even when a pizza gets messed up or forgotten, I’m usually cool. But tonight, we were given wrong pizzas and not enough either. And so they figured it out and we waited a whole 30more mins for our fixed pizzas. And we got a half apology like they didn’t really care. Like dude just give a F! That’s all I ask. At least in the past and the million times I’ve been in there they cared on a person level. I don’t need free items or extra things. Just care when u get it wrong and I’m good.

Lately Lil Caesars has had real employee issues, like no shows so the had to close the store several times by 5pm. But this day they had it going! A gal took my order, was pleasant and 1 guy in back was making the pizzas. He was fast and above all he was accurate in his makings. As soon as the pizzas were out of the over the gal took over from there. She cut the pizza and she remembered who got which pizza. I am glad they have some decent employees now. I really do like the flavors of everything we have ordered from there.
Was a little disappointed with the calzoney. My pizza sauce was cold. This store usually does a good job. It was the product not the service. We will continue ordering with this store, everyone can have an off day.

Always something wrong with this place. They either closed early, card reader never works, or they don't have the staff. When they're actually open, they are great. But that's rare for that to happen, spend a couple extra bucks and support the local pizzeria across the street. DONS PIZZA FOR THE WIN!!
