It's not very clean inside or outside on night shift i don't know about day shift. I usually come this McDonald's at night. The food is rarely fresh like it's been sitting for awhile.

It's McDonald's, best you can hope for is consistency.
This location is a joke! There is always something not working. This is the only location that would not accept the credit card linked to my app. I went inside to order and was instructed to use the kiosk as there was nobody available to take orders at the counter. Then, the kiosk was not scanning the QR to use your account/deals. I finally left. Be advised there is a McDonald's the next 2 exits east that were much better.

The woman at the drive thru was friendly. She was only able to take one order at a time, but was doing the best she could. I've been here several times and found that the manager left her staff to go in the back. She has Poor management and I feel bad for the crew members that are left....

They forget items. Say well, 3 am we switch over. I think to go or mobile orders they dont expect us to drive back. So check before you leave, unlike us ? Then they mess up any custom stuff. Like add onion. They added diced onion to the wrong meal, so if you have a picky eater, check before you pull away.I ask for a toddler toy. They give regular toy instead of that end up in the trash. It's not safe or useful for the 18 month old.They seem to always have an issue when we order. Just working 3rds, we still go back. No one else is open in that price range, unfortunately, and work nearby ?Check the order before you pull away to go home! Missing items happen often.Traveling I'd go to the post road or rampart exits instead much better, sadly not 24 hours like this location.Wheelchair accessibility: They have great handicap accessible spots and entrance through Pilot.
