They were crazy busy...understaffed....but they were putting out the pizzas like a well trained crew....they were nice (not mouthing and cussing about being understaffed), the food was fresh and scrumptious!!Parking: Lots of parking.

When I ordered online, I was expecting a Pizza Hut delivery driver to bring our food. Somehow after I ordered it got changed to doordash delivery. I did not want it to be changed to doordash.The pizza and side items were not sealed so whoever the doordash person was had complete access to our food.

Website is trash! - Takes each page forever to load. Once you finally do get it to load AND get your order in, it doesn't want to take any CC info but you also can't say pay at store.Call center is trash! - Last time I ordered through the call center, the pizza was wrong...and very wrong. If you tell the call center person you want to talk to someone in the actual store, they hang up on you!

Personally I think Shelbyville Pizza Hut is digging its own grave. Pizza Hut used to the be number 1 pick for pizza. Dinning in was always a great experience. No more fountain drinks, no buffet, no server. It’s sad because I don’t see them staying in business much longer. Take it back 10-15 years ago and I would bet more people would come. It used to be a fun experience now it’s depressing.

Food was excellent but dine in is a whole different experience since they don't have waiters or waitresses. The cashier was very attentive and brought our food out and our drinks but not having a dedicated server is a different experience for dining in at a restaurant.

I never leave bad reviews but when you spend $50 for pizza you dont expect it to take 2.5 hours to be delivered cold with zero apology, and it wasnt all there. Its overpriced compared to Papa John's and Dominos and they always deliver super fast within half an hour. I will never order Pizza Hut again!!
