Worst food and service in town. Been there a couple times and ask for everything to be made fresh. Don't mind waiting, and the manager is always rude and says it just came up. Yet you can see the employees take already cooked food and refry to heat the food up. Absolutely horrific food and this location, id give them zero stars if I could.

After today, im done with this rallys. I placed an online order which gave me 3 mins to pick up, sent my sister, she gets detoured due to an accident, so therefore making her later than 3 minutes getting there across town. Then they are ride to her for being late and throw our food at her. Used to love this one bit it has went to trash. Ps. She also offered to pay for fresh fries at least and they slammed window on her!!!! Very disappointed.

When you get treated badly with the service the # of the main BOSS not the GM would be helpful... EVERYONE has a boss & I promise you I'll find out who it is. The lady today that was running the drive thru & saying she's the GM needs to be taught proper manners & how to not be so ugly towards people. I don't think I'll ever go back to this location again. (and I normally went 2-3 days wk) I am a manager myself & would NEVER have treated a customer the way she did. She wouldn'
