This subway has been problematic for years. I’ve been double charged from this establishment twice in the past and the most recent visit I ordered online for pickup. When I went to pickup my order they said they were “out of bread” so they couldn’t give me any food. They told me to “call corporate” to get a refund. I was in contact with the owner who said no refunds to which I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges. My bank said that this has happened plenty of times with this location (inside Walmart Shelbyville) Stop stealing from customers. Y’all are greedy. They basically try to give you the runaround and hope you get tired thinking it’s only $7-$10 but I’m petty. They will also remove reviews and have their friends and family put in fake 5 star reviews. This place sucks.

Ordered online and when I went into pick up my food they said they “ran out of bread” and couldn’t complete my order but I was still charged and upon contacting the owner of this location was refused a refund! Had to dispute the charge with my bank and they said this happens A TON so BEWARE of ordering from this location!

This place is awesome first time i get subway very well basically really appreciate to the staff that both girl and boy so amazing, whether in talktive and in making subway both people is working very very good i love this place 10 stars i am giving to this place basically to this staff. All subway needs people like this luv u both of them and their profession.

Every time we come to this specific subway they never have anything and when asked about specific ingredients they say NO in a rude tone. I understand they might be understaffed or orders aren’t shipped in a timely manner, but don’t be rude to customers, and our sandwiches were just thrown together and our toasted sandwhiches were COLD. Needless to say we won’t be back to this specific subway

Really dirty, lemonade was out, Fanta was out and no tea. Service was slow because workers were all in the back having casual conversation. Had to raise my voice to get their attention after waiting 5 minutes. Again dirtiest Subway I have ever been in

Stopped in before shopping, was starving. Really disappointed. Didn't have the sandwich I wanted, settled for turkey sandwich. Instead getting a new mayo container he continues to slam the old one on the counter just to get maybe a teaspoon. Counters dirty, tables dirty. I thought this food chain was all about being fresh instead of pulling brown lettuce off my sandwich. Been a few years since I've been to a Subway Be a few more before I go back

Still one star, if give a 0 stars I would. I work for DoorDash as a part-time job have been in there a few times where one is since they had no bread for a sub restaurant it was still hour and a half before closing in their time where I went in there after they been open for hour and had no bread. Went in today they didn’t have a circle right at customer once couldn’t get a hold of customer but they refused to substitute for another bread to try to take care of the customer saying that it’s just waste of food and refusing to do the job when customers order on the app DoorDash or from subways app or GrubHub you don’t know what they really have that weren’t able to substitute for anything is poor customer service since they’re going to get paid for it anyway. I have been in there a couple times when I actually got good service because of the what employee that is working and able to easily substitute without no problems but the enjoy of time I’m gonna there always a problem because I just don’t want to do their job how I feel like. Not actually asking the anything to be substitute that cost more than what already cost. There’s no point of them precipitate in their own app DoorDash GrubHub Postmates uber eats if they’re not gonna try to honor anything or even try take care of the customer substitute within a reasonable request
