We have on numerous occasions had our orders messed up at the 44 location. The server repeats the order verbatim so we assume it will be correct, however every time something is prepared incorrectly (usuallythetaco pizza which we ask for sour creamto be put on it and it never happens!). Today we took the pizza in and had them fix it. Only to find something else was prepared incorrectly. This time it was the jalapeño sauce that we have an allergy to ( and again it is on the ticket "no Creamy jalapeño sauce) and had asked to remove that was left on. So it could have been disastrous had we not caught it.Dietary restrictions: Allergies to the jalapeño sauce

There is no front counter service, only kiosk. No greeting or thank you from staff. Food was a mess. I had to reassemble tacos once I got them. Sour cream was not on the tacos. It was all down the outside of the shell and all over the wrapping. There were no tables to sit at that didn't need to be cleaned. I did all the work from using the kiosk,filling my own drink, and cleaning my own table. What a waste of ten dollars.

Was sitting while husband was ordering on the kiosk, when a short chunky girl with a hat on came out of the back of store, and another worker named Chris was clocking out and he asked if she was going home and she replied very loud and proud, ( NO I AM GOING PEE)... Well needless I was no longer able to eat. And probably won't be going back there again. Just she was so gross and I really don't want to know that she had to pee.

I swear they can't even wrap a freaking taco properly, let alone add sauce or have any consistency. Save yourself some trouble, travel to the other Taco Bell on N. Riley in Shelbyville and don't risk it to get the biscuit like I did.The ONLY exception to dine at this location is during first shift when they actually have their sh!t together and the food is fresh, hot and actually good.

Do not come here!! They do not care for their costumers, they do not follow health and safety policies and standards. I've had hair in our food on multiple occasions, advacado sauce on a quesadilla, dirty packaging, and overall slapped together food, old food, etc. Last night was the LAST night i will ever come. They usually do not hand out a receipt, but you can always get records of those receipts just so anyone who needs to know, knows! This location still has certain staff that have consistently done wrong by the company. I see them smoking marijuana outside on breaks, using phones or capes in store with gloves on, and never wearing the proper uniform. Yelling at customers, yelling at teenage employees, harassing others.Last night we came though and got a chicken quesadilla meal, when opening my taco i noticed black charcoal like residue on the INSIDE. My quesadilla was half tortilla and was barley cut, and when calling for a refund(the food was thrown out, i was not willing to risk my health.) The women said she knew how to do her job, repeated the same words over and over, that without a receipt there's nothing she can do. Also saying that what happened last night has nothing to do with them, and that her GM would say the same. I would rather go out of town to get taco bell, both stores do NOTHING to retrain these employees, or push even the smallest of health and saftey policies. It is also policy that all receipts be handed out with an order!

The last few times my brother and I went we were given the wrong order or items were missing and since the employees won't give us a receipt even if we ask for one we can't get our order fixed which has went from an inconvenience to just plain

i have been here 5 times now and the food is always cold and stale. the chalupa shells and the fries have been cold and hard every time, like they're making them all way ahead of time and serving them as they're ordered. ive given this location enough tries to just completely write them off at this point, im done wasting money here.
