Never got a chance. Walked in, there were five employees talking. They looked at us and kept talking. Saw one person working the rest doing nothing. Waited and was never acknowledged so we walked out. Too bad they lost a chance to have a customer. Will never go there again.

Place is terrible. Can't believe the place hasn't closed yet. Carried 50 dollars worth of food. Everything cold, items missing, just terrible. And they wonder why no one comes to this location. Sad customer service as well. Called and they only offered 5 dollars off next purchase. ??????????????

It was just one of those nights. 3 hours later, we were out. Restaurant lost their computer system. No food for 2 hours. No manager to check on us. No comped chips, nothing. Typically, I wouldn't be so tough, but they deserved this one. One saving grace was our server. Can't remember her name, but she saved us from getting up and walking out.

I love Applebee's, but my experience at the one off Ireland Rd. was not so great. Their system was down and the staff was more focused on that than making sure that the customer is taken care of. I saw my waitress one time and that was to take my order. After that she never came back until she brought the check. No refills on me and my wife's drinks, our food was not pleasant to the eye, it was just thrown together on our plates. Please, Applebee's on Ireland Road, I know you can do better. Let's go guy's!

We walked in, got a quick hello and was told wait to be seated, even though it wasn't busy, however we were seated relatively quickly But, loads of booths had plates sitting there the whole time we were there, which was over an hour.Our waitress was on top of things, but it looked like the rest of the staff didn't bother clearing some tables. She was quite friendly and easy to talk to.Food was so-so, not the best or worst at Applebee's. The letdown was the $20 bourbon street steak—it looked like something you'd find at Walmart, not worth the price. If I knew the mediocrity of the steak I would’ve just went to Walmart and bought myself a steak and pan fried it myself.Overall: ★★★☆☆

Music was not appropriate when my husband arrived to pick up order. Food wasn't correct. I ordered green beans and got mash potatoes, my husband ordered a neighbor burger no mayo, which his burger was covered in mayo. My meals was extremely salty. I called back and the manager was put on the phone. He never apologized for the issue instead he said come back well fix it. I never went back in because It shouldn't have been right the first time. You won't have my business.

How can a manager sit at a table on his computer as guests are waiting to be helped? No wonder this Applebees stinks. We were sat in an area that the waitress appeared too busy. In retrospect, she was talking to other employees behind a wall near the kitchen. They were all laughing so I doubt it was an important conversation. The water and pop took at minimum 5 minutes to receive once she acknowledged us. We had been there long enough to know our entire order and she seemed miffed when we said "we're ready with the whole order". Additionally, why do you have to have the music so loud?

Ireland location awful experience. Management, food, and mistreatment of elderly was all very disappointing.Pics below to show order was wrong with a burnt bun.**Go to Main St in Mishawaka location not Ireland****Details:Worlds apart in food quality, customer service, and management compared to Mishawaka location. Mom went to Mishawaka for over 20 years and was a happy, loyal customer. The Ireland location was a horrible experience. The order we got was wrong and manager Tori treated a valued customer 20+ years with disrespect. Older customers are just as important as any other customer. Mom use to spend almost $70 a month at Applebees. That adds over time. Tori laughed at my mother. My mom went to Grape Rd since the 90s with little to no problem. One experience with Tori at the Ireland location who served under cooked food with the wrong toppings and no sauce. Mom used to go almost every week to the Main St Mishawaka location. My mom is as loyal as they come. She loved the Oriental Salad, spinage dip at the Main St location for years. They don't care about you at Ireland, especially the elderly. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.The order was no pinkwith no onion or tomatoNo condiments were givenManager Tori had my mother in tearsNote:If I actually get a call back from a manager, I will update this review, but I'm not holding my breath.Update:I said I would update. Upon seeing the other low reviews over months, it seems little is being done to fix ongoing issues. Poor quality food and staffing issues. Upon a deeper discussion, my mom said another young lady (or they/them depending on their pronouns) also laughed at my mom. So two employees laughed at my mom..great!This was supposed to be a nice treat for my mom. She was sick and sad. Out of curiosity, I ordered the same thing with the exact same wording from Buffalo Wild Wings down the street from Applebees, and it was perfect. No pink, no tomato, no onion, extra condiments, no disrespect. I didn't call BWW prior to. So they can't blame it on carry out. Also, several months back, almost the same issue is listed ..under cooked hamburger and no condiments. Is it really that hard to cook a hamburger and throw in a few ketchup packages? This isn't brain surgery. All jobs are important but this isn't a three course meal we are talking about. I appreciate the apology, but the damage is done. I had to leave work. My mom was so upset, It made a hard time worse, and at Christmas, I don't want to be mad and leave bad reviews, but here we are. I want a happy mom, good food, and just general kindness. It shouldn't be this hard.Unfortunately for Applebees my mom will not be going to that location with two employees laughing at her because she just wanted what she ordered. If it is made in your kitchen, by your staff, prepared to go by your employees...it's your responsibility.

I ordered online for the first time through Applebees. I thought I ordered a 6 oz sirloin meal with broccoli and mashed potatoes. However, I wasn't reading carefully enough to see that I only ordered the 6 oz sirloin for $15.99! I ordered it medium well, pink and hot in the middle. When my order came the steak was dry, tough, and overdone. Terrible price to have to pay for poor food.
