I had fresh food which is a big deal for me. I went there on 11/17 which was yesterday and I went to drive through, there was a very friendly lady that I think is new because I’ve never seen her before. She was so nice and spoke very kind. She even let me know that she was waiting on my fries that’s what I like to be aware of why I’m sitting. Her name started with a S but I hope the next time I come she is who takes my order and serve me my food. I want to say great job to this lady and keep being friendly.

I have had a few incidents at this arby's Like finding a hair in my curly fries My wife leaving her phone inside and then saying it wasn't in there and refusing to return it to where the police were almost called.

I absolutely love Arby's. However, I do not like their roast beef sandwiches at all. Such irony seeing as that's what they're "famous" for

Originally went through the drive thru. Got tomatoes on my wrap when I ordered no tomatoes. No biggie, went in and got it swapped out. The manager(?), black gentleman wearing a grey shirt, made sure I was taken care of. He through in a free drink for my wait and another wrap for my inconvenience! I always have fantastic service whenever he is there!

Staff has the worst attitudes! I had asked to use the bathroom and was told I had to purchase something first in order to get the code for the bathrooms!!! I was purchasing gas at the station and needed to use the restroom. The most ghetto Arbys Ive ever seen. The dining room looks like a prison cafeteria, can't imagine the food. The dinning room was full of homeless strung out people who were also using booths to sleep. Also keep your belongings close....the homeless strong arm you for pocket change and they won't stop until you give them something. The gas station guy was very friendly though but not the staff at Arby's. So sad, Arby's is usually my favorite spot to eat. I could eat beef and cheddar sandwiches and curly fries all day.
