My pancakes were served on a dirty plate. Keep in mind that three employees should have caught it- the dishwasher, the cook, the server. I would be cautious about eating here.

I made an order at 7:22am on 2-27-24 and did not receive the order until 9:30am. I ordered a #5, a Western Omelette, a Full order of biscuits and gravy. 2 drinks which I ordered with the meals which were Apple Juice and Orange Juice that I did not get.When I went down there to show that it was on my phone order, the lady was very rude and argued with me. I was a very loyal customer for many years and felt mistreated and robbed. I will no longer be eating at the Bendix on Western.

Been going here for years with no problems, but recently been having issues with order being wrong or missing items. Like today I did a pickup and they forgot the pancakes and eggs were scrambled instead over easy. Kids were very disappointed :-( wasn't able to go back to get it fixed.

Don’t know what everyone expected. There’s like huge hand written signs on neon green/pink poster paper about the situation. I’m true southern restaurant aesthetic.
