I visit this location much more than I care to admit. Overall I would recommend but wish they would let their employees know that the customer should be the main focus instead of their side conversations. There are a lot of younger folks working there that are taking orders and running the drive-thru but they really aren't always the friendliest. It is frustrating that the operator does not offer rewards like many other locations including the one in Mishawaka. As a signature member I do see them when I visit most Chick-fil-A locations around the country but this location chooses not to engage with its most loyal customers in any way.

This one is definitely improving especially crew wise much more friendly however the people in charge here either shift leads or managers not friendly at all however there was only one super friendly and that was the older lady with short hair and manager type shirt she was the only one politely telling people what to do and making sure they were doing it well

With such an elaborate drive through, it made it difficult to see the entrance—especially in the rain! Having pedestrians walk through drive through traffic for the main entrance did/does not feel safe.Did and service was great.
Too fast. The girl outside in the drive through lane was trying to take out order before we even got to the menu board to see what was offered. She was also talking too fast and it was hard to understand her at times. Food great as per usual.
