Dairy Queen has okay service. I stopped in this evening to grab a bite to eat and the food was not terrible. Employees it seemed that they were not really professional, slower service than other Dairy Queen's, and don't bring a positive and pleasant energy for not only me but other customers. Place is overall picked up and clean.

We went through the drive through to get a couple of blizzards. The small Blizzard costs $5.79! I do t think we will go back for a blizzard anytime soon. That was pretty expensive. And the person didn’t get our order correct. My husband ordered a medium blizzard but wound up with a small one. At least we were charged correctly. It was just kind of expensive.

Ordered the $7 meals with the ice cream. They got the ice cream ready and had it sit on the counter and melt while we waited for the rest of the food. Then they gave us the wrong drinks.

I order a chicken strip salad for them to disregard me and lesson to one of the other person in my group to change my order to a regular salad. Disregarding that I paid what I paid and for it they don't pay me back the difference!! Now I have to go to the bank this Friday to disregard my payment. To be refunded back to my account.

Hmmm. I ordered pretzels and fries as a snack. The pretzels were coated in some sort of oil that literally dripped when I pulled them out of the bag. Pretzels don't drip. To top it off, the fries were cold when I got them. The drive-in is, to put it mildly, really slow. Clearly, they need help.

If you hire 15 year olds, you need to be prepared to train them to have a job. GM is in way over her head and isn't running the store well. Always out of items and employees aren't trained. Find a local place or, at least, avoid this DQ and the one on 933.My kid was hired, worked 3 part shifts where he got cut early, was cut at least 10 times before going in and worked 1 shift. No training and they didn't respond to a message about him not being paid. No notice that he was let go. What a sad operation! Ms. V, hang it up or start doing right by your people and your customers.

Constantly out of items. One employee will say they have something only to get to the window an have another emplyoee say they dont have half your order. Constantly getting orders wrong.
