Went to Domino's on Edison Rd and when I got there I paid for my pizza, as I was waiting I noticed no one were wearing gloves but I still waited for mine but watched closely to make sure they didn't touch mine with their bare hands cause they were touching the bread with bare hands. Not sure if they did before I got there but yet I still waited and once I got home, found a couple hairs on my food. Called them and got hung up on twice, one being the manager. I used to order from them all the time but this was my last time.

I've tried to order delivery from this location twice. Both times they not only didn't deliver by the estimated delivery time they hadn't even started cooking my order. I called the store and each time the person answered the phone said that they were short staffed and they would be over another hour for delivery. I won't even attempt to order from dominoes again. Waiting for over 2 hours for a pizza from dominoes is unacceptable. At least they should call, text, or email a customer and tell them a real estimate when it's going to be that long. I canceled both orders and chose to order from their competitors both times.

I order food from this establishment every other Wednesday faithfully. Tonight I received my wings order and the breading was still white...I am so disappointed and I called but I didn't want anymore wings because whomever boxed these was well aware that they were not thoroughly cooked...

I work late and so I eat late and this is the 3rd time this store has cancelled my order. Closes at 12 means they close at 12 not they stop taking orders earlier so they can leave at 12...what's the point in being open until that time then...this is beyond unprofessional and a complete fail for this company. Don't waste my time and take my order and not even call with a personal reason good enough to understand...this is a violation of trust and expectation...and if anyone wants to know I placed my order online at 11:46pm and the store closes at 12:00. How long does it take to make and bake at Domino's and it was for carryout...Completely pissed.This store gives laziness and self indulgence a new name.

I called and place a oder they set it will be around 1 hour so I waited sents I know the roads were bad so about 1 and half hours waiting I called and they said if not there 15-20 minutes call back so I called back and they delivered it to someone eles like really so they asked if I wanted to make again or refund so I took the refund never going there again neither are my friends as well
They get half because one pizza arrived looking like a pizza. The cheese looks like an alien monster exploded in the box.

I placed an order and waited almost 2 hours before I called to find out what was going on. Continually way behind the time stated for delivery of the products. Placed the order an hour early this time and 1 hour and 25 minutes later still waiting. When i called the Manager she was rude, did not care that this is an issue, she stated, sorry about that have a nice day and hung up. We ordered for an office of people. DO NOT ORDER from this location, you will not get your food timely or warm, this is our second time with bad service and food that is cold and unacceptable.
